  Our dog, Diamond, saw Dr. Haims for 11 years until we moved & could not drive the distance to the office any longer, and needed to look for a closer office. He has always cared for her since a pup. We called to tell him & his staff @ 13 1/2, Diamond crossed the rainbow bridge. He made it a priority to take my call after I had given the news to his staff. So very professional, compassionate, & kind of him. Thank you for being there for Diamond for many years! 🙏🏻

  I was very disappointed by the lack of compassion from this veterinary practice after my dog passed away. We’ve been going here for more than a few years. We had an upcoming appointment scheduled, and I called and emailed to let them know that she had died. While they canceled the appointment, I never received a phone call, email, or even a simple condolence card acknowledging our loss. Losing a beloved pet is heartbreaking, and I expected at least a small gesture of sympathy from a practice that had cared for her. Compassion is just as important as medical care, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that our relationship as clients meant very little and that this is all about money. I hope the practice will consider how much a few kind words can mean to grieving pet owners.

  Dr. Haims and his entire staff treat your fur babies like family. Highly recommend 🐾🐾

  Truly feel they are the best in the business! I live in the city now and still travel back to the area to bring my two dogs here. The whole staff is terrific and Dr. Haims is one of a kind. Couldn't recommend them more!
