Our three pugs, Cooper, Quinn, and Tyson, are quite the crew, and the team at Baldwin Place Animal Hospital always makes each one feel right at home. The treats certainly help too! The care they receive is exceptional. Dr. Haims and the entire staff are patient, gentle, and genuinely invested in our boys’ well-being. They listen when we have concerns, explain everything clearly, and make us feel heard. Whether it’s a routine visit or something more serious, we know Cooper, Quinn, and Tyson are in the best hands. Thank you, Dr. Haims and everyone at Baldwin Place Animal Hospital, for caring for and loving our boys like they’re your own. We are so grateful for you!

Our dog, Diamond, saw Dr. Haims for 11 years until we moved & could not drive the distance to the office any longer, and needed to look for a closer office. He has always cared for her since a pup. We called to tell him & his staff @ 13 1/2, Diamond crossed the rainbow bridge. He made it a priority to take my call after I had given the news to his staff. So very professional, compassionate, & kind of him. Thank you for being there for Diamond for many years! 🙏🏻
