  Stopped in to get a betta and food (already have a tank set up). Looked at them for about 10 minutes while employees chatted. Wasn't greeted or even acknowledged. Guess I'll try PetSmart.

  Extremely disappointed with their grooming practices! My dog has never been in a cage and she was traumatized by them putting her in one. She turned around and came back to me when she saw the cage. I told them about it and asked that they not put her in a cage. “ It’s our policy “ I don’t care about your “policy” ! My dog doesn’t go in a cage! You lost my business and the business of anyone I know or come in contact with! “Our policy”???

  I really like shopping at this location. I call it a 'boutique' pet store. It's small, but it's got a great selection. Very nice staff too!

  Horrible my dog came home with uneven cutting. Horrible will never take my dog to unexperionced groomers. My dog is bald an unevenly cut. You guys suck. I have complained and you do not get it. Do not take your dogs to Petco for grooming.

  Terrible experience with my pup .. they took almost 5 hours on a dog that 20 pounds just to call me saying they couldn’t finish because of Matted hair . When I dropped my dog off the lady felt on my dog body and she said it wasn’t no severe matts around her body it was only like her armpit area which I usually have them cut off anyways . When I picked my dog up you could tell they didn’t properly blow dry my dog and possibly didn’t wash her properly . I also had the nail trim and teeth brush in the package and none of that was done . Also when I came to pick my dog up the groomer that was supposed to be doing the grooming wasn’t no where to be found .
