  Unfortunately I had a very negative experience my first time bringing my kitten to banfield. His very first vet appointment was scheduled for 4:00pm. While on our way there we hit extreme traffic, I called the vet at 3:55 and told them we were going to be around 10 minutes late and she said that’s fine. We pulled into Banfield at 4:12 and immediately brought our cat inside there was an extensive line and we waited more than 15 minutes in line to just check in. By the time we got up there it was 4:30 the lady at the receptionist desk went back to the doctor to ask if they were ready and they said they could not take us because we were 30 minutes late which completely isn’t true because we waited in line for a long time. I explained this to her and she still said she couldn’t fit us in. this is disappointing because of how much rushing and effort it took to get my cat there considering I get out of work at 3:30 and there were no other later times available when I booked. I understand I was originally running late and I can take accountability for that, but I still called and they said it was OK. Not to mention when the receptionist went in the back to ask the doctor we could literally hear the doctor’s attitude about us being “30” minutes late because the door was propped open. This was overall a negative experience for first time Clients like me. I am not sure weather to book another appointment or find another establishment completely.

  We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Zachary Carroll. ❤️ When we brought our dog in, she had been sick for over a month and was in really bad shape. We had already been to multiple veterinarians, and we were being told that we might have to consider humane euthanasia. It was heartbreaking and we were losing hope. Dr. Carroll took the time to truly listen to everything we had to say, carefully evaluate her situation, and, most importantly, he didn’t give up on her. He was willing to take a chance and try one last treatment when others felt there weren’t many options left. That chance changed everything. ❤️ Thankfully, the treatment worked, and our girl is BACK TO HERSELF! Seeing her happy, healthy, and acting like the dog we know and love again means more than we could ever put into words. We are incredibly grateful to Dr. Carroll for taking the time to listen, for believing there was still a chance, and for giving our dog the opportunity to come home to us as herself again. His compassion, dedication, and willingness to try when we had almost lost hope will never be forgotten. Thank you, Dr. Carroll, for not giving up on her. You truly made a difference in our family. 🐾❤️ Dr. Carroll will be the only doctor my dog will see there from here on out!

  I have never had an issue or problems. The staff is so kind and so helpful and they make your pet feel very important that that’s what I Love they always go above and beyond for me never had a bad experience

  My 11-year-old dog got very sick and I needed to put her down. They were all amazing and sweet through the entire process. The cremation service that was provided was way more than I ever expected. The urn was beautiful. The card was sweet and I didn’t even expect to get her paw print. It was an amazing surprise. Thank you, Banfield for helping my family and I through this time!!!!
