We had a complicated issue where we were unable to redeem our 30,000 points, and they went absolutely above and beyond to help us resolve it. Desiree stayed on the phone with customer service for over an hour trying to get everything sorted out, and both Desiree and Chelsea worked so hard to make sure our points were properly restored. They were incredibly patient, kind, and determined to find a solution. They even went the extra mile and got us a credit for the inconvenience, which we truly appreciated. I’m also very pregnant, and Desiree was so thoughtful that she offered me a chair while we waited and worked through everything. That small gesture meant so much to me and really showed how caring and considerate she was. She even bought me a water!!!! Thank you so much, Desiree and Chelsea, for your amazing customer service and for not giving up until everything was resolved. You both made what could have been a very frustrating experience into a positive one. Petco is lucky to have employees like you! 💕🐾
