From their cleanliness to their incredible staff, everything is amazing across training, grooming, daycare, and kenneling.Recently, we started using PAWS for grooming as well as their organized, personalized daycare. I was worried about my dog, Lucia, (small cockapoo) after she recently lost her sibling, but she is thriving. She already knew most of the staff, which made the transition so easy.Nicole does our grooming, and she is amazing! Lucia is not an easy pup to groom, but Nicole works wonders with our crazy pup and grooms her into a total beauty. She calls me directly to set up appointments and always makes me feel secure, letting me know she has LuLu and I don't need to worry.The staff treats everyone like family. They are upbeat, genuinely love what they do, and always make us feel welcome. They completely understand pet parent worries and always listen with empathy. I love this company!
