- SKStave KantoApr 23, 20261.0DO NOT!!!!!! If you love your pets go to this place! DO NOT Get thier wellness plan it’s a joke! They now make u sign for a year even if ur pet dies they do get a hoot. You gotta pay for service for a ghost. Everything is way too by the book where none of the people can hear the Assistance can’t do anything without some help or somebody else coming to assist. What time is horrrrrible!!! Never ever do a drop off!! Place is entirely way too corporate and has u do every test in book so they can charge, my dog had piometra. They told me that they need to do a test and send it to the lab and to go home over the weekend and wait, I went to another vet. The other vet said we need to do surgery right away or She’s going to die from the pyometra. You can’t wait for results when shes in such pain and her uterus would have burst if she didn’t get the surgery that day. so I ended up paying way more at Banfield than I did at the other vet for Banfield just to throw tests and bills at me.While a regular vet gave me answers right away with options!!! Save your money go to an actual vet not this corporate joke of a company! A vet that owns his practice! Not a place that’s corporate, underpays staff, and cares more about margins perctanges and profits

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
