  The grooming team is always so sweet and caring with our dog when we take her for her nail trim. She wags her tail every time we walk through the doors.

  Very disappointed in Petco customer service today. I love coming to walk in services from 2-6pm with the grooming department. I waited 20 minutes for anyone to even greet me at check i. I understand this isn’t the groomers fault, as I was told they only schedule one groomer during this time. Why offer a service for an extended period of time if you don’t have the staff to handle it? I was appalled by how the “manager” reacted once he approached the grooming station to help another customer from the front of the store. He completely disregarded myself, as well as another customer who were patiently waiting for a long time. Beforehand, I even tried calling the grooming department over the phone to see if anyone would answer or come help us since no one else was seen to be working at the time. After ignoring us, I asked the manager if anyone is available for grooming. The man was very short and dismissive saying he was helping another customer. He also said he cannot answer the phone calls because he doesn’t work in grooming. I didn’t understand this because if he claims to be the “manager”, why can’t he answer a phone call regardless of the department? He also said he wouldn’t go check in with the groomer because he was with another customer and assumed the groomer was too busy. I arrived before 5pm, and it wasn’t until 5:25 that the “manager” came back and even went back to see if the groomer was there. I am a loyal rewards member, member of VETCO, and long time repeat customer of the store as well as grooming. I have never seen this man before but I was disgusted by his lack of care for customers, his unprofessional attitude, as well as disregard for the business. I will be contacting corporate in regards to this man as well. I asked for his name and all he did was scribble and it wasn’t legible to read, when I asked him to repeat his name or rewrite it he snapped “this is my handwriting” and walked away. A wonderful woman from the vet came out with her own dog to see if we were okay, and calm our nerves. If this ever happens again, I will be canceling my monthly petco membership and taking my business elsewhere. I’m sorry for other customers, as well as employees that have to deal with dismissive disrespect in a place that used to be welcoming. I asked the groomer as well if she was familiar with that man who claimed to be the “manager” and she said she wasn’t sure and wasn’t familiar with him to even know his name as well. He wasn’t wearing any type of name tag but this is what I made out from his scribble, ARISTOS

  Went to P/U Auto Ship Order,Woman at Counter Said they don’t do auto ships there, Yet I keep getting emails/messages that my auto ship order is on the way?. So anyway I want all auto ship orders Cancelled!!! However women at counter called a manager and she rang me up And gave me the 5$ discount that your website advertised that day.. She gets 4 STARS!

  They are always short on crickets. And when they do have them the so called large crickets are medium at best. They sell all the amphibian and reptiles that eat crickets but then they can not provide a consistent supply of food for the animals .
