  We had an appointment for our dog to be groomed. He was groomed their previously without issue. At the time the groomer noticed a growth on the dogs leg and asked for a letter from the Vet stating it was safe to have dog groomed for his next haircut. We scheduled his appointment and brought a letter from the Vet stating that it was ok to have dog groomed. Despite providing the letter the employee who also claimed he was the manager (Edgar)refused to allow dog to be groomed. Then another individual came and claimed to be the manager but refused to give his name. Both were rude, shouted at us and refused service. If this is the conduct and behavior that higher management at the corporate level wants to represent Petco and expects the public to accept, then save your time, money, and self respect and go elsewhere … anywhere else…no shortage of alternatives.

  I was there five minutes ago nobody was able to help me and they’re not busy I asked where should I pick it up or I did online and they look face each other without getting an answer they just move the shoulders

  The Hartsdale store said they were shorthanded, but there were three men in the fish department. Nobody could help us in the Dog department. We left without finding what we wanted . We needed one on one help.

  Si pudiera darles cero estrellas, lo haría sin pensarlo. Lamentablemente, Google no permite dejar una reseña sin otorgar al menos una estrella. Tuve una experiencia muy decepcionante en esta sucursal de Petco Grooming. Llevé a mis dos perritos confiando en que recibirían un trato cuidadoso y profesional, pero ocurrió todo lo contrario. Antes de que atendieran a mis perritos, presencié cómo otra clienta se quejaba porque le dijeron que su perro era “agresivo”. Después, cuando atendieron a mis perritos, también me dijeron que ambos eran “agresivos”. Esto me hizo cuestionar si realmente evalúan el comportamiento de cada mascota o si esa es una explicación que utilizan con frecuencia. Al llegar a casa y revisar a mis perritos, me di cuenta de que ambos tenían pequeños cortes en la piel. Fue muy doloroso ver que habían salido lastimados después de un servicio por el que uno paga esperando que cuiden de nuestras mascotas. Lo más preocupante fue la actitud del gerente, Edgar. En mi experiencia, fue muy grosero, poco profesional y completamente indiferente a mis preocupaciones. En lugar de escucharme y tratar de resolver la situación con respeto, su actitud hizo que una experiencia ya difícil fuera aún peor. Además, después de presentar mi queja, ya no pude volver a hacer citas para mis perritos, lo cual me pareció completamente injusto. Ningún cliente debería sentirse perjudicado por expresar una preocupación legítima sobre el trato que recibieron sus mascotas. Es muy triste que uno lleve a sus perritos con la confianza de que estarán bien cuidados y termine viviendo una experiencia tan desagradable. Espero que Petco investigue lo sucedido y tome las medidas necesarias para que ninguna otra familia tenga que pasar por una situación similar. Lamentablemente, no regresaré a esta sucursal.

  My first time here was Amazing Marta cut my puppy so well and she was so sweet!! My second time here was a disaster!! I let my puppy get cut by someone else and they were very lousy at the job. They cut my puppy bald and said he was matted and I brush my dog 4x a week I made sure he went in with no knots and they still cut him. I feel like they cut him bald because that was the easier thing to do. He came back with a bald spot also. They took 6 hours……. to cut him bald.
