Great food inventory for all your furballs and more. Open 7 days a week so no matter your schedule they are available.

No employees on the floor to assist and the person on register doesn’t know what products they carry. This happened twice recently. Additionally, the prices are higher than Petsmart.

One star is the lowest I can give this location, The Grooming business of this place is rude and show no empathy. I had an appointment today which was canceled with no reason as to why and no phone call to make us aware less than an hour before the appointment. Already on the way to the “appointment” we call to ask why it was canceled, The lady on the phone was very rude and said if it’s canceled that means it’s canceled and just hung up the phone. Didn’t attempt to ask for our name or anything ! What are we doing in 2026 ? I’m glad it got canceled cause I can only imagine what we just avoided.

Manager of the location is not fit for the position. Heavy set black Male is what this review is in reference of. I’ve been in that industry over 12 years managing staff in much higher volume and demanding environments. The way you spoke to the young woman at the register, especially as a grown man as if you own the place and they’r wild animals, you’re Lucky to have people show up to work. Then have the audacity to cary your baby entitled attitude to myself asking a basic question and questioning as if you have a product in stock. You can teach someone to do a job, but you can’t make them be a likeable person.

The first time I went, the staff refused to groom my dog because he had ticks. The woman groomer and the guy who seemed to be her boss told me he had to be tick-free, and to either remove the ticks ourselves or take him to a vet. The woman groomer said going to a vet was one option if we were not comfortable removing the ticks ourselves.A store clerk sold me a tick-removal kit and the guy stood right there as she sold it to me. So we searched him carefully, removed two ticks, and brought him back. When I returned for an appointment a week later, the same guy was there and he said I had to have a letter from a veterinarian, and he claimed that's what he told me. He did not tell me that. I told him that's not what he told me, and I reminded him he stood there while the store clerk sold me a tick removal kit. He said "we have no connection with the store and are not responsible for what they sell." But he stood right there when she sold me a kit for removing the ticks myself, and he didn't say anything about needing a letter from a vet. Then he insisted he had told me I had to take the dog to a vet, which he did not say. He then changed his wording and said he "suggested" it, but he did not even do that. But today when I went back she said the dog had to be cleared by a vet, and refused to groom him. The staff at this store changed their story and wasted a whole lot of my time. I've owned dogs for decades, and never had anyone refuse to groom a dog; these guys did it twice, gave me bad information about what they wanted, and then lied and said they'd told me I needed a vet letter.
