  The woman with the septum ring is extremely rude. I came up to the register and she was the only one there and instead of telling me to wait, he started yelling for her colleague telling her “I can’t ring anyone up right now”, but the professional thing to do would’ve been to address me directly, and failed to extend me that courtesy. Otherwise they had a good variety of options and a full stock of available pet food.

  The grooming salon has become extremely unprofessional and expensive. We were 5 minutes late for a nail trim for two dogs due to crazy traffic and were reprimanded for it. The worker provided no flexibility and then admitted that the person who was supposed to do their nails didn’t even come in today. Instead of taking responsibility for not properly notifying us and being understanding, he was incredibly rude with an attitude. We have been coming here for over 8 years and do not plan on returning. Think twice before using their grooming services.

  Terrible customer service with a rude man on the phone when im trying to book a grooming and ask about previous vaccinations. His tone was disgusting and then says this location can not take a dog that uses a muzzle. Owners try to be safe and take precaution and yet these people are still not equipped to handle animals. it’s ridiculous. Support local groomers.

  The Staff for the grooming services , seem to give very cold unwelcome energy, some ppl belong in the back stocking products, no need to be interacting with ppl if u giving rude behavior.

  The bathroom was not available to customers. The cashier said that we would need to go across the street to Marshall's or TJ Max. That is not reasonable. I didn't see any staff on the floor to assist me when I was looking for a product . When I got to the cash register, the cashier Linda was very rude. My total was $27.40, and I gave her $40.50. I was given back $12.10 which should have been $13.10. I tried to explain the math to Linda and how she shorted me a dollar. Linda could not seem to understand that because she had not referenced the .50 cent given in the amount entered into the register.Linda became argumentative and not grasping simple math. I had to wait 15 minutes to get it resolved and for her to call on a supervisor. I can't understand how a person working a register is not able to do simple math.
