  My Andi (cat) managed to steal a cookie during the night that may have contained a raisin. The team at HoC took us in immediately as an emergency, handled all the checks, and treated her with incredible care. They were super sweet and gave very precise instructions on what to monitor at home to ensure she was recovering well.

  we took my sweet senior cat here for routine check up, and I could not be happier with the facility. Great convenient location in Greenpoint, but more importantly the staff is incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and professional. The attention to detail matters when we’re talking about the life of a pet and if this were a more stressful situation than a routine check up, the personable and assuring nature of all of the technicians and vets would be all the more important. Thank you to Orleny and Dr. Hackney for their excellent care and Liliana for her coordination of care and friendliness!

  I had such a great experience at this veterinary clinic today. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring with my dog. You can really tell they love animals and take the time to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and heard. The veterinarian was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel rushed. They answered all my questions with honesty and compassion, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. The staff was also very attentive, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire visit. As someone who is extremely careful and protective with my dog, I truly appreciated the level of care, cleanliness, and attention they provided. It’s not easy to find a vet team you can fully trust, and today I definitely felt that trust. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and professional veterinary team. Thank you again for treating my baby with so much love and care!

  I brought my sweet little dog here for nebulous signs. Dr. Hackney and Katie took excellent care of my boy, and they localized our pup's pain to his neck. Our dog, Dill, has been resting since and is more comfortable thanks to Dr. Hackney's thorough care. Also, shout out to Lilliana for her excellent curation of the lobby music. We will be back again!
