  Excellent! I’m 76, & have had pets & dealings with Vets since I was in grade school. This one rates with the best I’ve been to. Everyone I’ve dealt with seem to genuinely care for not only the pets, but their owners psychological comfort & knowledge as well. I’ve even got checkup calls the day after a visit from the Doctor to see how my guy was doing after a low level of concern visit. Recommended without reservation. ✅

  We brought our new senior rescue dog to Heart of Chelsea Greenpoint for her very first vet visit and were absolutely blown away by our experience. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The attention to detail and thoroughness of the examination made us feel like our girl was truly being cared for. They took their time with us, never made us feel rushed, and patiently answered our entire list of questions as new dog parents. We left feeling so much more confident and reassured about caring for our new family member. We’re so grateful to have found a veterinary team we feel we can trust with our new baby, especially as a senior rescue.   Dana, Danielle, and everyone at Heart of Chelsea: thank you. Thank you for the patience, the countless emails, the calls, the paperwork, the follow-ups, and especially for coming through for us when we desperately needed you I genuinely don’t think we could have asked for a better veterinary team than Heart of Chelsea to help us through one of the most stressful moves of our lives. We recently relocated internationally from New York to Dubai (very strict import requirements) with our two cats, Ivory and Kairo in quite possible one of the most overwhelming processes of our lives. There were vaccinations, microchip records, rabies antibody titer tests, health certificates, government endorsements, parasite treatments, import permits, airline-specific requirements, constantly changing timelines, and an unbelievable amount of paperwork and coordination. Dana and Danielle were absolutely incredible throughout this entire process. We probably sent more emails, texts, questions, follow-ups, and panicked calls than any reasonable person should have to deal with, and they were patient and responsive through all of it. Danielle was on top of the email communication and documentation, and consistently made herself available whenever we needed help. We never felt like we were being brushed off or that our questions were an inconvenience. On the day of our flight: We were already at JFK, checking in, when the airline suddenly asked us for an additional veterinary form at the absolute last minute. This was a form we had previously understood wasn’t actually required, and after weeks of carefully preparing every document we could possibly need, there was really no reasonable way we could have anticipated being asked for it. We were standing at the airport with our luggage, two cats, an international flight about to depart, and our approval to fly essentially hanging on one missing piece of paperwork. Within 15 minutes, Dana had the form completed, signed, authenticated, and sent back to us so that we could present it at the airport! I cannot adequately explain how much that meant to us in that moment. After weeks of stress and preparation, there was a very real possibility that this one last-minute request could have prevented us and our cats from boarding our flight not to mention a couple thousand dollars in losses. Instead, their team immediately understood the urgency, jumped into action, and helped get us across the finish line. It wasn’t just that one emergency. They followed up with us throughout this entire process. They helped us navigate testing and documentation. Gave us multiple discounts on random issues and visits that came up during the process. Just an overall shockingly human level of understanding, care and attention afforded to us. I’m writing this review now from Dubai, with both Ivory and Kairo safely home with us after traveling roughly 7,000 miles from New York. If you want a veterinary team that genuinely takes ownership of helping its clients I could not recommend Heart of Chelsea more highly.❤️🐾
