I had an early Saturday morning pickup for my new puppy and Jamie — who owns the shop right next to Brookville Animal Hospital — put together a complete travel kit for me the night before: crate, pads, Nylabones, everything I needed, ready and waiting. She's incredibly kind, took the time to give me great advice as a new puppy owner, and Danny, who I've known for years, had it all set to go when I walked in early Saturday morning. Wonderful, genuinely helpful people and a real asset to the neighborhood. Highly recommend!
- TDTara DJan 3, 20265.0Jamie, the owner, is so great, she treats you like family when you come in! She has been equally as wonderful from the time I have brought in my pup as a puppy 10 years ago. As a first dog mom, I’ve naturally had many questions and concerns over the years on products to use, etc, and Jamie has been like a big sister on helping me pick out what my dog actually needs for what I would come in for. You don’t get this attention at your big box stores. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into her boutique by the way she treats her customers, and BONUS: the shop is beautifully decorated! They have food, treats, clothing, toys, strollers, accessories, shampoos/skin care products. A one-stop-shop for all your doggie needs!
