  We had an amazing experience at Bond Vet in Garden City! My 17 year-old Shorkie Snickers was having some medical issues and our vet could not squeeze us in so we tried Bond Vet. From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home! They took such amazing care of him. He usually gets very nervous and he was great with Dr. Quezada. She answered all of our questions and was very thorough in her examination. I also love the fact that you can reach the staff through texting and they get back to you quickly. The prices are reasonable, and some services are even cheaper than our own Vet. It is also much cheaper than the emergency pet hospital. I was told to think of it as a walk-in clinic for pets. We will definitely use them in the future.

  I brought my 10 lb yorkie poo in for a possible eye infection. The vet and assistant were kind and gentle and helped both me and my pet feel comfortable. I booked online, and there was no wait. The facility is very clean and comfortable. My dog has a regular vet but I would come here again in any emergency.

  I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary office! Every visit has been a wonderful experience. The entire staff is incredibly caring, patient, and understanding. They always take the time to listen to every concern I have about my pet and never make me feel rushed. What I appreciate most is how thorough the veterinarians are. They perform a complete evaluation to ensure they fully understand what’s going on before recommending the most appropriate treatment plan. It gives me so much confidence knowing my pet is receiving thoughtful, compassionate care. The staff is genuinely protective of their patients, and as a pet parent, that means everything to me. I always leave feeling reassured that my pet has received the very best care possible. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly treats your pets like family.

  Last place you should bring your dog. The inside is nice . Sure the people seem compassionate but it is not that kind of place . These people over charge you and purposely make you do test without looking at the previous records even if your dog is a regular there . They refuse to give me more medication for my dog after they told me he would need to be on it for the rest of his life . They need to charge me over 300$ to do the test again to give me more medication . The test results take a while to come back . What will my dog do in the mean time . Just suffer . The same price for the medication on chewy ( for the same mg and drug ) is 9.40 . While at bond vet it's 35$ . This place should be shut down because they don't care about the animals , checking their previous records with them or building a rapport with us at pet owners. They care about money and money only . Terrible place to bring your animal. The people just care about the $ . The business promotes this behavior .

  I am super grateful for Bond Vet. They definitely help the “whole child.” They support my dear little one and my whole family whenever things get a bit “hairy” so to speak. From the customer service -Sergio, and him treating me like a family member to the doctors— I am beyond grateful. Today, we saw Dr. Vecchione. My husband could not be here with me as he is out of state. She definitely treated me like she would her best friend or sister. I would recommend this vet and facility to anyone in the area!
