  Second time I went in to purchase my brand of frozen dog food. The first time I was told the freezer is broken. This time I was told the freezer is broken…and they are no longer going to carry it. “We haven’t had it in ages.” It was unprofessional. And now you have no frozen meat??? Ridiculous. Will be ordering from Chewy.

  I guess because I'm a black woman my services were denied. Its fine. I will find a place that's not racial bias.

  I called ahead to bring my dog for a nail trim because I was coming all the way from Queens and I didn't want to waste my time. They told me to go at 4 and I told them it was my first time coming here. When I got there, there were 3 women inside and they were working on another dog. In the door there was a sign that said one guest at a time. So we were looking through the window and they were looking at us but nobody came outside. I wasn't sure what to do so we just waited there by the door when another costumer came and went in and a different employee came out so I told her I had an appointment and she said when that person comes out you can go in. So I went in after the person came out and the lady was like your appointment was at 4 not 4:10. So I looked at my phone and it said 4:10 so I told her. I was by the door the whole time you all saw me, and she was like "no! You came in at 4:10 I saw you!" All I said was "how did I came in at 4:10 if it's 4:10 now and I've been outside for 10 minutes. Then she said how she only had one employee and she had 2 more appointments... so basically she overbooked her employee and then tried cancel on me. I left and went to Carle Place which is 10 minutes away from this one. So much better service there. I rather drive more if I get better service.
