Very poor service. They made me wait for an hour and a half, and I was never helped. Every time I asked, they told me they would assist me in just a moment. I got tired of waiting. I do not recommend coming here.

I’ve had consistently positive experiences with the staff at the Banfield Crawford location on Jericho Turnpike. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the customer service is excellent. I also really appreciate how easy it is to schedule appointments online and how quickly confirmations are sent.
My only concern is the wait time, particularly for drop-off appointments. Today, I had a scheduled drop-off appointment at 9:00 a.m., but I wasn’t able to leave until 10:00 a.m. I understand that unexpected delays can happen, but I’m confused about why a drop-off appointment requires waiting over an hour before the intake even begins. If the purpose of a drop-off is to leave your pet and continue with your day, this process seems to defeat that purpose.
Overall, I truly like this Banfield location and the care my pet receives. I just hope they can improve the efficiency of their drop-off process, as it would make an already great customer experience even better.
This place is only good for getting vaccinated and having check-ups. Since Dr. Li left, I haven't come across a good doctor here since. Two years ago,My dog had a tumor the size of a grain of rice when I first took it to the vet, and they said just keep an eye on it. When it grew to the size of an egg, they still said nothing was wrong. I insisted on getting an ultrasound and that's when they diagnosed it as a fatty tumor. They said the surgery could be discounted, but I don't trust their skills. Even if it costs twice as much at a specialized hospital, I wouldn't have the surgery there anyway.I immediately went to another hospital.A few days ago something new grew, so I had a biopsy done. It cost money, The result is the sample got contaminated and we don't know what's growing in it. And then there was no follow-up.I'm already thinking about canceling the plan with this hospital

I had an appointment for 3:30 and was called and told to bring my dog in for 3. I arrived at 3 and it is now 4:30 and I am still awaiting a doctor to receive my dog’ annual shots. Customer service here is terrible and I haven’t even been updated or anything for this wait. This almost seems as a walk in. I suggest never going here and go to another location

EXCELLENT SERVICES. APPOINTMENTS ALWAYS ON TIME. PLACE ALWAYS KEPT CLEAN AND MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE GIVEN CREDIT HOW WELL THIS OUTLET IS RUN.PETS AND PET OWNERS ARE TREATED WITH LOTS OF LOVE AND RESPECT.
