Excellent Care and commitment to your pet, always a simile! The pet food is pricey but decent quality

They are absolutely terrible about getting back test results. Made a terrible experience more stressful and miserable than it needed to be.

As far as animal hospitals go, this one is pretty good. My biggest complaint is getting a real person on the phone during business hours.

One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had with a veterinary office. If I can give negative stars will be -10 absolutely. I had never been to this location before. I booked an emergency appointment here because my usual location had no availability and my pet was sick. I was willing to drive significantly farther specifically to have my pet seen. About two hours before the appointment, I received a call asking me to reschedule. I explained that I couldn’t because my pet was sick and needed to be seen. I was told they had other sick pets that needed to be seen as well, which I understood. I was then told I could still come in as long as I was willing to wait. I agreed to go and wait. I was willing to make the drive and wait as long as necessary. About 10 minutes later, another employee called and told me my appointment was being canceled. I explained that I had just spoken with someone who confirmed I could still come in. I was transferred back to the original person, who now told me the “updated information” was that my appointment was canceled. They also told me their online scheduling system is “not accurate” and that the appointment should never have been available to book in the first place. How is a client supposed to know that? If your own online scheduling system allows an appointment to be booked, its inaccuracy is an internal problem that should not be pushed onto a pet owner two hours before an appointment for a sick animal. What made this experience truly unacceptable was the way I was treated. There was no apology whatsoever, not for the scheduling issue, the conflicting information, or the last-minute cancellation. When I asked the employee for her name, she simply hung up on me. I tried calling back, and my calls were repeatedly hung up. I understand that veterinary offices get busy and that other animals may have urgent needs. My pet was sick too. I had an appointment, was willing to travel farther than usual, and was even willing to wait as long as necessary after they asked me to do so. A scheduling mistake could have been handled with basic courtesy, an apology, and some effort to help find an alternative. Instead, I received contradictory information, a last-minute cancellation, no apology, and employees repeatedly hanging up on me and not getting my calls to try to solve the issue. The complete lack of empathy, basic courtesy, and professionalism toward someone trying to get care for a sick pet was appalling. After being a customer for over three years, through 2 accounts, this experience was enough to cancel my plan, we aren’t even pay cheap price to been treated like that. This location definitely need to have better professional on their staff.

I’ve been to different locations in NJ and NYC and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The location is very disorganized and the scheduling lady is rude, dismissive and has zero compassion. I will never return here and will be taking my dog somewhere else.
