have been with Banfield for almost 15 years. They provide good services. The only drawback is the high turnover of doctors.
I had both a dental cleaning and comprehensive exam performed for my girls Shuri and Storm at this location, and on both occasions the staff handled the tasks with great care and professionalism. I want to give a big shout out to Ms. Liz, Ms. Brenda, Dr. Rivera and ALL the staff at this location for demonstrating such kindness, compassion and attentiveness towards their pet patients.
I have been a loyal member of this Banfield location for over 12 years, paying over $100 every single month for their "Optimum Wellness Plan." Today was a complete betrayal of that trust.
My dog is nearly 12 years old. During our last "Comprehensive Exam," they failed to record a single thing in the system—no blood work, no urinalysis, not even basic exam notes. When I told the staff he seemed anxious and in pain, they completely dismissed my concerns. I was left waiting in a room for over an hour just for a simple prescription.
Today, we came in for a paw injury (cut by glass). Despite the app stating they handle such injuries, the vet REFUSED to even look at my dog and told us to go to the ER. This is a senior dog who has been their patient his entire life, and they couldn’t even be bothered to perform a 2-minute assessment.
After 12 years and thousands of dollars, Banfield has shown they care more about monthly fees than the actual lives of the pets they treat. Avoid this place if you want a vet who actually cares about your senior pet’s well-being.
We've been customers of Crawford for over 20 years. We noted a change when it was taken over by Banfield. It is more rushed and more difficult to get information on the status of our cat. We brought our cat in because it was not eating and because it was congested. Multiple tests were ordered, but no solid diagnosis was provided. We left with two meds, and were told one of them had to be chopped in half. This presented a problem because we had told the staff that we could not get him to eat. No other options were provided.

I’ve been to many banfields and this by far is the worst one. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. Their appointment system is not good, booked an inroom and told me after 30 minutes when I asked that they don’t normally do in rooms in the morning so they are figuring it out. It’s now been almost an hour and a half and still waiting.
Keep saying they will get the doctor and don’t. They don’t care that I mentioned I neee to get back to work.
If I could give negative stats I would.
