  I cannot say enough about this veterinary practice. They take such good care of us and qe have 4 animals. Dr Ortez is nothing short of amazing , and they all love her as do we, and Dr Hall as well is incredibly kind and patient , we feel absolutely at home here. And Jenna, well she is simply happiness in one tiny package:)

  Dr.Hall is nothing shy of an amazing man!! He took the absolute best care of our boy and got him right in to be seen when we knew something wasn’t right. Dr Hall was so compassionate though the tough time but explained everything and answered every single question we had and stayed after hours just to make sure our baby boy wasn’t suffering anymore!!! I cannot thank this man enough for what he does and the kind heart he has!! 🤍

  Being new to the Fairport area, we decided to look into potential care for our two dogs. Before changing care providers, we inquired on cost for various procedures (i.e. exams, vaccinations, medications, etc.). Amongst these inquiries was dental cleaning. The receptionist informed us that they could not provide an estimate without seeing the dogs first. Needing to know this estimate before making our choice, we brought our dogs in for the estimate. When bringing our dogs in, we reiterated our intention on possibly changing providers and they proceeded with a full physical exam prior to conducting the dental exam to provide estimate. As we gathered up to leave, we were handed a bill for nearly $100 – assessed for the physical exams (an expense to which were not informed of ahead of time). We expressed surprise at this, having not been informed of the charges – and they rebutted that physical exams were needed if the dogs were to have the dental procedures. We reiterated that we were never told this and if physical exams were needed they could have requested them from our current provider. JoAnne apologized for the “confusion” and “misunderstanding”. We further expressed that if this were truly an honest mistake causing such a misunderstanding – we would be willing to negotiate on the price of services rendered. She did not have the authority to do this on her own and noted that she would speak with Dr. Hall. After speaking with Dr. Hall, she conveyed that the charges would stand as they are. Considering this, we came away with the impression that this was no honest mistake – but a malicious intent to deceive. From other reviews here and elsewhere, the greed factor of the establishment seems to outweigh their compassion and desire to do good.
