My cat was hit by a car on Sunday night. I raced her to this emergency vet. I called en route to let them know that I was coming and to pre-register. When I arrived, they immediately took my cat in to be evaluated. I paid $700 up front (absolutely understandable and reasonable given that it was obvious that she was going to need extensive care), and I filled out the page of paperwork required. About 10 minutes after she was taken in to be evaluated, I was told that a room was ready for me and the veterinarian would come to update me shortly. A few minutes later, the doctor came in and notified me that my cat was too far injured and that there was nothing that could be done to save her life. They discussed euthanasia with me and I quickly agreed. I did not want her to be in pain any longer than was absolutely necessary upon finding out that she was terminally injured. They brought my baby in and offered me all the time I needed to say goodbye. I expressed that I just wanted her suffering to end. So as they administered the euthanasia medication, I comforted her and told her how much I loved her. The vet stayed with me the entire time. She cried with me and gave me a much needed hug (she asked my permission first). I decided that I wanted to take my baby home with me to bury her by my garden (her favorite place). The vet offered to give me ink prints of her paws free of charge. They took her to the back and told me that there was a reserved spot near their back door where I could park and wait to receive her remains. On my way out, I went to the front desk to finalize any additional payment and paperwork before I waited in the reserve parking area. They took my credit card once again - not to charge more, but to refund me $240! Once in my car, it took about 20 minutes for her to be hand delivered back to me in a burial box. It only took that long because the ink hadn’t dried on the complimentary prints. Everyone so such compassion, urgency, and dedication that I was blown away - even a fellow pet parent in the lobby brought me cold water and a box of tissues! I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone, any time. They are fast, fair, and honest on top of all of the other above and beyond service myself and my baby received.

We had an emergency while camping in the area, our dog Didi had bloat, we called VMC on our way there, luckily we were close by.. when we got there the wonderful staff was very attentive and helpful, they saw her within 10 minutes of getting there. They evaluated her quickly and brought me back to discuss options. The staff and doctors that were there that day were absolutely amazing, they were kind and patient and so helpful. We chose to do the surgery for GVD. We left Didi in their care, and she came through successfully. This is a very scary and life threatening situation. We are beyond grateful to the entire facility and caring staff. From the receptionists that took my call to check on her when I couldn't stand any more waiting, they always were happy to help bring me comfort, the doctors and the support team saved her life. And made ours so very happy again. The doctors or support staff sent pictures of Didi in recovery and communicated in detail what was going on and how she was doing.. no doubt with many animals there that need the best care, the communication was excellent, and when your baby is there and you are not and u just want to know how she is, that is an unforgettable gesture ❤️.. our family will be forever grateful for all u do, and especially what you all did for our family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts 💕

Only come here if you want to be pressured into killing your animal. No explanations and telling us it'll be 20k to save her life without any diagnostics. No one can pay that! Vet was extremly cold and didn't seem to care at all. Was very accusatory without getting any information. My puppy was a rescue and I got her severly malnourished. I put weight on her. How dare you act like I wasnt doing right by her. She was under vet supervision and they told me they were so proud of her progress from where she started. I shouldve gotten a second opinion because everyone is now messaging me saying the same exact thing. They killed my dog and they killed a lot of my friends animals, they killed my dads cat and charged 2000 even though she literally died before they did anything. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR BEST FRIEND!!!!

This business has absolutely no morals charging the prices they do, they feed of peoples love for their animals, lower than low, my friend took her cat there and soaked her for all she had, she even borrowed money to do the operation. I thought people hospitals prices are outrageous, this new type of veterinarian entities today have no shame whatsoever, no wonder why this place has a guard when you walk in, when you find out what the price is i think most people would be out of control...

I cannot express how grateful we are for this facility. My dog was brought in because she was swarmed by wasps and we didn't know how many stung her. They allowed us to walk in and checked her for stingers which they thankfully couldn't find, and let us hangout to make sure she was good. The care was fast and appropriate for what we needed The receptionist and vet tech were who we dealt with and both were very lovely. Though my dog ended up being fine, knowing I was able to bring her into a place that if she wasn't, she would be taken care of right away is what I appreciate the most. The VMC has saved her life before when she ingested xylitol and that care was just as amazing. I didn't know how many times she might have been stung and the unknown was the worst. Vet med is very expensive and just keeps getting more and more expensive with corporations taking over, but in an emergency, having professional eyes on her telling us she's okay is worth all the money in the world. I know vet med is a tough field, especially emergency medicine, but the staff makes a difference every single day and I could not be more grateful for this facility.
