- CLCarolyn LoughranAug 25, 20261.0I have been trying to reach this hospital for the past two days and still have yet to get a call back. I have been a loyal client for over 15 years, and could have never thought that this hospital could get to where it is now. My daughter went there to pick up her pets medication’s yesterday, and there was a sign on the door that everyone was sick. How can they resume back to normal hours today with only having two staff members? And everyone was apparently so sick that they could not open yesterday? my heart continues to break at how the evolution of this business is going. All of my favorite people have left, and there’s nothing more for me here.

She gave several options for us to explore and gave the pros and cons of each. She was kind and gentle with my boy and took her time, I felt as if we were the only patient there as she didn’t rush us out to move on to next. She didn’t push for any unnecessary procedures but again offered options and seemed genuinely concerned for my dog and his well being. We came up with a game plan that I am happy with and I would highly recommend Dr Ragusa!

- JBJill BroderMay 25, 20261.0The worst experience ever. My cat had a tumor on his paw and the “Vet” said what do you want me to do about it? I turned around and left and they tried to charge me quadruple for a med I refused and went to a decent educated vet who recognized the tumor and being cancerous. He’s now most likely dying as it’s malignant but I give him the best care,food,supplements, meds and love and doting. The horrid dump needs to be closed down . Do not ever go there unless your pets life doesn’t mean anything to you!
