I've been taking my dog here for years and the vaccination services are affordable with convenient online appointment booking. Unfortunately, at the most recent appointment I received an email prescription for a brand of flea/tick and heartworm preventative that is not what I'd indicated my dog was maintained on both verbally at check in and on the registration form. Despite multiple attempts, it has been next to impossible to have this rectified even after reaching out to customer service. I've not been offered a reasonable option to correct this issue beyond being told to "come back in for another appointment to receive a new prescription" which seems illogical (as the prescription was emailed) and inconvenient.
