  Do NOT order for delivery from here, it’s been two times that my orders haven’t been correct, if they run out of something, despite there being a substitution they send you whatever they please & when you call to try & get an exchange or anything whoever is handling the calls, a man, is extremely rude. I get you hate your job but that is NOT my problem this location SUCKS!!!!!! for delivery unless you’re going in person don’t bother

  I’ve been coming to Petco for quite some time now, and I have to say they have a great variety of products. They also have the Vetco clinic, which is so convenient, especially if you forget to update your dog’s Bordetella vaccine before grooming. For grooming, I highly recommend Paola! She is not only an absolute sweetheart, but dogs really love her. My Frenchie used to be scared of getting baths with anyone other than me, but after I started bringing him to Paola, he absolutely loves her! 🥰 She is very knowledgeable, gentle, and, most importantly, someone you can truly trust with your fur baby. You can tell that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with. Thank you, Petco, and especially thank you, Paola, for always being so wonderful! ❤️🐶

  Not the first time I have an issue with grooming! All I go in for is my small dog's nails to be trim and buffed, they always charge a different price! Don't honor their advertised promotions, even after I show the management, the online advertisement. Would not recommend this location, East Elmhurst, for grooming. Under staffed and lack of customer service skills.

  Very unhelpful grooming staff. Refused to take my dogs due to a paperwork error that wasn't my fault after they tried to reschedule the appointment the day before without my consent. I will not attempt to use them again and I do not recommend.

  I used to bring my dog here when she was younger. After being away for about a year and taking her to another groomer, I brought her back, but they refused to groom her. First I was given one explanation, and then I was told she had tried to bite the dryer. The changing explanations left me feeling that I wasn’t being told the truth. The manager was also very rude and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back. I wish I could give this place zero stars. This is Lily,she’s such a cute girl.
