  The worst customer service the worst management they are understaffed horrible. I wish there was mother place I can go to get my pets food they should close this place down. So slow and incompetent people there

  Tommy the cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable. He always greets and always shows the effort to help. Great customer service! He deserves a raise for recognition and excellent customer service.

  If I could give zero star I would. At this Petco location they left my dog's grooming job half-finished because she got nervous and went into heat .On top of that, they gave my daughters attitude. To me it feels like a total mockery. Don't go to this place they are disrespectful and show no compassion for animals.

  Made my heart happy to see the birds and adoptable cats in clean holding areas with space to move around. They sell t-shirts and decorative pillows for pet parents, never seen that in my home state. Employees busy at work, impressed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the store!

  I have been bringing my dog to Petco in East Elmhurst for grooming for the past five years. I never had a complaint about him from any staff member. Yesterday I was told not to bring him back because he moves his legs too much and gets irritated when the blow dryer is in his face. This was told to me after the groomer received her 20 dollar tip, disgusting. Avoid this location at all costs.
