- JWJessica WemerJul 9, 20261.0Recently called to ask about relative pricing before deciding whether choose this clinic for a standard procedure (neutering) and received a very rude response. Before I could explain that I recently lost my job and just wanted to make sure I could afford their services, the receptionist basically hung up on me while repeating that they do not provide pricing over the phone without a $100 consultation. We haven’t had a pet in some time and Dr. Mendelson used to be our go to, I practically ended the phone call in tears. What a disappointment….

Charge you if you ask them send your prescriptions to an outside pharmacy as the meds were more than 2x the price there. Unneeded follow up appointments. Prices high. Poor Parking. Time to move on to another Vet

Over years that we went to this practice, they never tried to accommodate our dog when she was sick and she always had to be treated elsewhere. They even charge you if you ask them send your prescriptions to an outside pharmacy. As a healthcare worker, I find their way of practicing deeply upsetting.
