I was always one to hop around to different vets with my 9yo shitzu... until i found this place. Dr. Morris has been so helpful in adressing any and all concerns ive had over the last couple years. We have dealt with ear infections, Lymes disease, and most recently my dog suffered a fractured tooth. Dr. Morris was able to do the procedure herself which really eased my mind. She kept me updated and did outstanding work. She was fully recovered within 48 hours and home in 12. Cant recommend Dr. Morris and this office enough.

I scheduled an appointment for my cat because this clinic advertises a $25 first wellness visit. When the receptionist called to confirm my appointment, I was told the visit would actually cost $95 because my cat’s symptoms would not qualify as a wellness exam. My frustration wasn’t necessarily the price itself, but that nobody could clearly explain the difference between the $25 wellness visit and the $95 exam. When I specifically asked what would be different about the $95 appointment compared to the advertised $25 wellness visit, the receptionist could not give me a clear explanation. She mentioned that my cat might need X-rays, but that didn’t answer my question because any X-rays would be an additional charge and were not included in the $95 exam fee. The problem is that my cat had not even been seen yet, so no diagnosis had been made. So why am i being told it might be upper respiratory without even seeing my pet yet? Make it make sense. As a new client, I was left confused about why the advertised $25 visit was unavailable and why the cost increased so significantly without a clear explanation of what was included. It also made no sense to me that the price for a first-time visit jumped from $25 to $95 just to be seen, especially when it seemed that the veterinarian would still be performing the same basic examination and evaluation to determine what was wrong with my cat. I ultimately canceled the appointment because I felt the pricing and communication were not transparent. Based on my experience, the advertised $25 first visit was not actually available for my situation, and I was unable to get a clear explanation for why the exam fee nearly quadrupled before my cat had even been evaluated. The entire experience left me feeling misled and questioning the clinic’s pricing practices.

We love Dr. Chen and Dr Su. They are caring thoughtful and never rush through an exam. I always feel like they love my pups too and they care for them as they would their own. I always feel like my pups are getting the best care. I’m grateful we found them 7 years ago, one of our pups was so sick. He was only 2 at the time (We have learned he has eosinophilic IBD) Dr. Chin and Dr. Su helped us get him on a diet and prescription plan that has given him the best quality of life, an we’ve enjoyed the past 5 years symptom free of that terrible disease. Thank you for all you do for our fur babies.
