  I'm very disappointed with thier night shift at 8pm customer service asked for help and they didn't go out their way to help me find two item in the store. It was 7:50pm on August 16, 2026 when I arrived at the store they were rushing me to find the items and they locked me in knowing I was in the store. I was racially profiled. They made me very upset and caused me a panic attack.

  I was honestly shocked and extremely upset by the conditions I saw here. There was a full-grown adult bearded dragon living in a VERY small enclosure with what appeared to be completely incorrect lighting. These conditions are simply not appropriate for an animal that needs specific heat and UVB to survive and stay healthy. Not to mention it was being sold for $150, more expensive than a baby dragon at reputable reptile stores. To make matters worse, all of the feeder bugs intended for the reptiles were dead in their containers. I also saw half-grown chickens/young hens, not tiny baby chicks, being kept in small tanks that seemed completely inadequate for their size. After seeing all of this, I genuinely couldn’t bring myself to look at the other animals. It was heartbreaking and disturbing to see animals being kept in conditions that appeared so unsuitable. These animals depend entirely on the store for their basic care, and they deserve proper space, lighting, food, and humane living conditions. I really hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes immediate changes.
