The whole process was great until I tried to order Interceptor plus for my 2 dogs. Went to Vetco for this purpose. They did a heartworm test which were negative. I go online to try to order and they tell me everything was canceled because my vet said I need to see them. This is why I went to Vetco. Yes, I picked Vetco when I ordered. I called the 877 number and everyone speaks broken English and didn't understand some of my questions. There were dogs barking in the background and I was put on hold for 15min. I then asked to speak to someone who could help me and I got put on hold again for 20 minutes until I hung up. This is absolutely ridiculous!
