  My fiance and I picked up some fish today Mollies to be exact. I have to say everyone was extremely helpful and kind with the picking out fish and purchasing. Fast forward to getting home. I spent an hour acclimating the fish, making sure everything was safe and clean for them. 15 minutes pass and all but once fish are dead. I am not sure as to why. I called the store and spoke with a very helpful woman who told me to bring the dead fish into the store with a water sample for a refund. Totally understandable, but it’s not that we want a refund we wanted fish that were alive.

  I had stopped going to Petco for a couple of years, because it was dirty, pricing was completely wrong, product was outdated, and new product was just sitting on u-boats. Being a district manager for a very long time, this completely broke my heart to see a company not care about one of their stores like this. Fast forward to present time, the food I purchase for my 2 pups, your company is the only company locally that sells it, I almost just said the hell with it I will order it online. But I needed it sooner than later. So I went in. I was surprisingly happy to see the transformation. It truly make me so happy to see the amazing turn around the store has done. Every time I go in it keeps getting better and better. I spoke to Sam yesterday and let her know how great the store looks and how it doesn’t go unnoticed on the extraordinary job that her and her team are doing. Kudos to the staff at the Clifton Park Store.
