Mainly because she had been vaccinated their during and emergency visit and we had decided to return for a future appointment. Originally this vet would not allow me to enter the building with my pet. I had to hand my dog off at the door and sit in my car and wait once I complain to the vet about this that I would like to switch my vet because I was uncomfortable with the process of this, they then allowed me to enter the building with my dog. My dog is very sweet and take a liking to people easily but my dog was clearly visibly agitated by this women. After that I just noticed how unprofessional the doctor was and unfriendly. I did not have friendly encounter with any visit. And when I asked for my dogs record so that I could take her to a different vet veterinarian wouldn’t give me her paperwork for months. I was emailing calling and showing up in person just to try to get my dog’s record transferred to another vet and she made the process incredibly difficult. Would only recommend if there are no other options available.

She has been there for us since we first moved to Woodbury, taking such great care of Zippy, with his epilepsy, and Honey, with both diabetes and cataracts. All of our cats, of course, have also visited with Dr. Roshkind, and each of them have lived very long, healthy, comfortable lives. So grateful to have her as part of this comminity.
