Petco grooming in Carle Place is in excellent hands being managed by Jenna. She is a true gem. My pup Frankie absolutely adores her. Thank you, Jenna!

On Saturday, I was in the fish department with my mother. While I remained in the department, my mother went to the front to ask for assistance and was told that someone would come to help her. An associate later came over to assist another customer with checking the pH level of their water. After she finished, my mother attempted to get the associate’s attention, but she ignored her. My mother then called out the associate’s name, Donna. Donna responded by saying she would be back. However, 10 minutes passed, and she never returned to assist us. My mother eventually went back to the front of the store, where she found Donna at the cashier area. Keep in mind that every register had an employee present at the time. Donna then told my mother there would be a long wait because they were busy assisting customers. What made the situation even more frustrating was that just five minutes later, my mother saw Donna walking through the aisles instead of returning to assist us as she had promised. This experience was extremely disappointing. We understand that employees can be busy, but we expect customers to be treated with courtesy and respect. Donna’s lack of follow-through and failure to provide assistance left us feeling ignored and frustrated. I hope this matter will be addressed so that other customers do not have to experience the same level of service.
