  Walked up to the cash register to purchase some items, both employees walked away. Stood there because they had seen me, neither one of them came back. Left without purchasing, won’t be back ! Terrible

  I’m a first-time pet owner, and we’ve been bringing our puppy here for grooming since she was about 20 weeks old. They always do a great job! The grooming staff is incredibly friendly and wonderful with all the dogs. They’re also very informative if you have any questions or concerns. Communication is excellent—they’ll text and call you when your dog is ready to be picked up. There were some issues with what we were charged during our most recent visit. However, the manager was super helpful and took care of everything. I’m very grateful to have a Petco nearby that provides such great care for our furry family members and has such kind, caring staff.

  I highly Recommend you not shop here. The manager Chris is Absolutely disgusting. We came into the store to buy a couple new goldfish, potentially a couple beta fish with new tanks etc,( i told him I would buy the required separate tanks) he several times told me and My gf that " he has the right to refuse the sale while All of my kids were crying. This man has No Reason to have management position and should be Terminated immediately. For a ( Grown adult) In my words isn't after Still being ok with himself while children were crying in front of him to " refuse the sale" is beyond human and is not acceptable! This man deserved every last Thing I said to him after being ok with 3 children leaving crying, you sir Should be Proud of yourself, we took our business elsewhere 👏 👍

  Store looked good, neat & clean with a lot of Pet accessories & few birds, reptiles & fishes for sale. Rest room was in need for frequent clean ups & room freshers. They had a Vetenary clinic & pet grooming, bathing services as well.
