Whether you are seeking advice for a fluffy, scaly, or even a feathered friend, the staff provides a level of care that is truly second to none. I am especially grateful for the assistance from Ava, Sue, Mindy, and Jess, whose vast knowledge and kindness made all the difference. It’s the only place I’ve visited where the team seems to speak fluent 'dog' and 'cat' better than I speak English. Thank you, PetCo! I'm a young adult gay man by looks but really I'm a cat lady on the inside and I always appreciate those that feel the same way about cats/animals. Little baby kittens FTW! :D

  Went in to check out freeze dried cat treats. While there I spotted a a cute Easter outfit for my cat. It was on a display that said $5. Went to register to check out, and it rung up $15. I told the cashier that it was $5 and tried to show her where I got it from. Nope she was not hearing it. No apology, nothing. Very rude. Won't be going to Pet Co again

  Not a bad store overall as far as being clean, organized and courteous staff members however, the prices are astronomical and items are honestly not worth whats being charged. There is stiff competition out there and ways to save a few dollars here and there on many of the same products. Recently, I was in this store and noticed many clerance type items in several areas. Lowering everyday prices may reduce the need to clearance out so many of the products. I understand that not all items are put on clerance due to lack of sales. The pet industry is a multi million dollar industry and with lots of competition period. Fair pricing, and good quality items are an important aspect to a thriving business.
