- TTTheresa1 day ago2.0The first cut was good no problems. When I took my dog for the 2nd cut they claimed there was matting, which there was none. They told me to have it taken care of at a vet because there could be blood pooling on the earlobes. My vet said they were crazy and there is no reason for them not to cut the hair. It was probably just a laziness on the person working there and the manager was useless and he lied and really didn’t care. Disappointed in this place.

What you’re selling is horrible, it doesn’t take a zoologist to understand most things, even small need space to live. Water to drink or soak in, all of the species you’re selling in these little tanks is the same thing that happened with gold fish. These aren’t easy pets, chewy will be getting all of my business now. Thank you :)

Store was clean, easy to find what I needed and she helped me the whole time and was my check out person as well.
