  I was running a few minutes behind and already felt like my vet appointment might not even happen. But from the moment I made the call to give the heads up about my delay to the moment I left the team at this Vetco were outstanding, generous and kind. Susana the receptionist was graceful, attentive and assuring. Britney the Doctor's assistant was thorough, patient and knowledgeable. And Doctor Orio was extremely considerate, allowed me to be with my pup and hold her while she recieved her shots (in my previous experiences the Doctors just take the pup and return), she was also intentional about what options and alternatives night best suit my pups medical concerns. The entire experience was one that I hope every one in need can have. Thank you again.

  I have been coming here for since the hospital opened. I typically always had a good experience with all the staff especially with my scared dog until Dr. Pouriani. Dr Pouriani first told me that he won’t be able to do anything to my dog because of a few growls he has been doing. I asked if I can come in and assist to get my dog his vaccination and to calm him down. He didn’t seem like he wanted to at all. Then he informed that I need to reschedule, up his dosage and due to their location closing for renovations, I can go anywhere else for his check up as Petco has several locations. Are you Serious? Then he proceeds to tell me that the vaccines my dog is getting is not needed as they are not core vaccines. When I came in to assist it went perfectly. Dr. Pouriani if you didn’t want to see my dog and just leave you should’ve just said that, instead of making me feel like a villain for getting my dog checked yearly and keeping him updated on his vaccines. A few minutes after he had gave my dog his vaccines you see him running out the door to leave for the day. All the previous Dr my dog had never had an issue and told me that he is scared but there is a trick with scared dogs, all of them never told me the things he told me.

  I love coming here for the vet hospital. It’s very calm here and the staff is very friendly. And I’m always in and out very quickly compared to the other locations in Brooklyn and queens. And prices are reasonable and affordable.
