Her genuine care and love for dogs has made a world of difference in my dog’s life (and mine). My dog isn’t the type to warm up to just anyone, but he now drags me toward the Petco every time we’re nearby, just hoping to see her!

However, the checkout experience with the receptionist could use some improvement in customer service. When handing me my change, the staff member dropped the money into my hand so carelessly that it fell to the floor, leaving me with the uncomfortable impression that he was trying to avoid making hand contact entirely. While he did apologize when he saw my reaction, a little more basic courtesy and respect at the front counter would go a long way. I really appreciate the medical team, but customer service matters just as much.

Not only are they approachable, but they are also highly knowledgeable and took the time to help me find exactly what I needed yet staying within budget. I wouldn’t have made the same choice without their help, I’d simply have spent more in that case.
