Yesterday, we had to wait until 10 am for a manager to open the store, mind you the first dog grooming is at 8:00 am. That is the reason I chose 9 am but the manager came in at about 9:45 am, there was no “I am sorry.” The groomer however did a great job, she was apologetic and gave us 10% discount because of the lateness. This is not the first time they open late. I am sure PETCO is a good company but the management team on Utica Avenue needs to go. This is a disrespect to our community. We bring you business, respect you!

- CAcarla augusteMay 15, 20261.0I just picked up my dog from a grooming session with Sabrina and was informed that she was hitting my dog and stuffing his ears in his mouth. Now when you touch his ears, he jumps like he’s hurt. Dogs know when something is off with people and when I dropped him off, he seemed stand off-ish with her specifically. She didn’t even trim his ears or cut his nails. Simply to say, if you don’t have the patience to work with peoples pets, please find another job.
