Need to take proper care of the animals there. It’s disgusting to see 5 lizards or hamsters cramped up in one aquarium. Also need to make sure their aquariums are safe you cannot have glass just sitting there in their home when there is already barely room for them to run around.

The prices are way too high everything is incredibly expensive. Even the corner grocery store is three times cheaper for cat. not to mention PetSmart, where it’s also much cheaper with big discounts and no subscriptions required.

I wish I could give 0 star to that store. today I came to buy 10 little goldfish and the first young man to receive me ask me all kind of questions. I didn’t know that it was a very big deal to buy 10 little goldfish so I asked to speak to the manager and I’m not gonna describe her. She came with an attitude again with all kind of questions. I am 76 years old and I’ve been buying little goldfish for a very long time, and I never went through a questionnaire. So I left that store and went to another Petco and I dealt with someone extremely sweet and easy and it took exactly 5 minutes so if I have an advice to give you don’t go to that store ave Y there’s many other one

Today I had the most terrifying experience at the grooming department with my dog. It started as a simple nail clipping which turned into my dog, almost choking herself out and passing out all while, being allowed to do so by the groomer ANGELA, my dog is a little bit of an anxious dog as she is a rescue but completely harmless and will not do anything to anybody all she was simply trying to do was break free from the lead that was attached, but she did not understand that she was choking herself I seen from the other side of the viewing glass. My dog’s eyes were turning dark red, as well as her tongue was losing color protruding from her mouth I attempted to make ANGELA aware of this where she proceeded to tell me that she knows what she’s doing, and please let her do what she needs to do and then in an attempt to absolutely stop this madness I banged on the glass and told her to stop and free my dog immediately, then she proceeded to act completely unprofessional and erratic yelling and screaming inside the room with my dog saying for me not to bang on the glass, as if that was the number one major concern, not my dog, almost becoming unconscious. I would recommend to anyone that uses this Petco to avoid this woman at all costs. She is extremely unprofessional and a huge liability to Petco, my dog is my absolute best friend I wouldn’t be able to live with the fact that a $20 nail clipping cost her, her life please be safe everyone
