  Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was standing calmly near the checkout waiting to be helped when the manager decided to refuse me service and told me to leave. I was not causing a disturbance, threatening anyone, or interfering with the employees. The manager’s behavior was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. What made it even worse was the fact that the staff later gave a version of what happened that I strongly dispute. I have already filed a complaint through 311 and formally requested that the store preserve its surveillance footage from the time of the incident. The cameras should make it very clear what actually happened. Customers should not be treated this way simply because a manager decides they don’t like them. Extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly recommend management review this incident and the conduct of the employees involved.

  I am very concerned that most Petco’s are not carrying a lot of stock of the Dr. Marty’s. I came to this store and it said the food I was looking for was in stock; however, when I came there they had only two bags of the food. Please explain what is happening.

  Shopping carts are hard to find. Helpers are excellent. Parking is no problem. Clean store

  My cat loves the things I bring from this store. Tasty food and some toys always make him happy.

  I never expected to be treated this way at Petco. I was shopping with my young children when the store manager told us to leave and even called the police on us, despite us not causing any disturbance. It was humiliating and upsetting, especially in front of my kids. After I contacted corporate, they acknowledged my complaint and offered a small discount, but the manager never apologized and still remains in her position. I expected much better customer service and professionalism from a company that promotes itself as family-friendly. I sincerely hope Petco reviews how situations like this are handled so no other family has to experience what we did.
