I’m extremely disappointed with my experience involving Sabrina the groomer. The way my little cockapoo was handled made me feel alarmed and upset, with how aggressive and violent she was with him and her attitude was rude throughout the interaction. I would never return after this experience. Management should take complaints like this seriously and reevaluate whether this employee should continue working with animals. My dog has been very withdrawn and stressed since he came home after the visit.

I’ve been shopping at Petco for years. The store in Brooklyn on 2343 Utica Ave has the worst smell ever. First time I went to that store I thought maybe it would be different next time, but not. Will never go there again. Poor employees who work there.

ABSOLUTELY A HORRIBKE EXPERIENCE at this location on Utica Avenue and Fillmore I went in there to buy a female green parakeet because my female green parakeet had just died for inexplicable reasons my other parakeet is fine though so I have never bought a parakeet from a pet store before all of my parakeets came from Craigslist or just given to me from the street and they were all healthy for years but not this parakeet from Petco So first things first, I go in there to Petco I say hi I'm looking for a female green parakeet he goes and he shows me the cage with all the Parakeets all looks so nice and pretty and they all look healthy so he goes in there and he grabs the female parakeet and he puts her in my cage that I had just bought from Craigslist and cleaned out personally so to make a long story short maybe around 10 for 20 minutes after buying her from Petco, I started getting flu like symptoms feeling like a stuffy head or a cold is about to come on and I was like what is this coming from anyway so moving on I bring her home and thank God I did not put her with my other bird I put him in a separate cage but I put his cage next to hers so my flu like symptoms continue and I remember telling Petco she's not eating and they said well you know that's because she's in a new environment I have never seen that before I've had more than one parakeet and even though they're in a new environment they always eat so in any case moving right along my flu like symptoms it got even worse and I was like what's going on here because I'm highly spiritual and very aware of my body and I was like why is it every time I'm around this new bird I'm feeling these flu-like symptoms so I decided to look up flu-like symptoms after getting a bird from the pet store and they told me the Google told me this below... Parakeets can transmit psittacosis (parrot fever), a bacterial infection causing flu-like symptoms in humans—fever, cough, and fatigue—often linked to droppings or dust. If you have recently interacted with birds at Petco, monitor for symptoms and report concerns to the store manager or contact a healthcare provider. And then they were saying something about Asian flu too because I'm also into natural healing and herbs and stuff like that I know what to take when a flu or major illness is about to come on top heal myself Master light always follow up with the doctor so I know what to do and I went ahead and did that and then I realized that she's the problem I immediately separated my other bird out of the bathroom with her and I put him in the living room and I kept her in the bathroom by herself and the very next day I took her back to Petco oh and one more thing how I knew she was sick I haven't even gone to the doctor yet to get myself checked but one thing I know how she was sick is because they say you will see green diarrhea on the paper and sure enough it was lime green diarrhea on her paper now I have to watch out for me and for my other bird and I'm giving him natural stuff as well as a preventative horrible experience why are they selling sick birds why is Petco selling sick Birds unacceptable when I took the bird that they were like well they haven't seen the veterinarian yet so then if they haven't seen the veterinarian why did you put them on the floor to be sold if the birds have not seen the veterinarian yet? Inexcusable and I hope when I go to get checked out that I'm okay for my bird my other bird is okay otherwise they're going to be sued

Grooming services. The cut was ok. I am not sure what they gave my poodle to eat. I did pick him up late however they fed him without my consent and ended up vomiting with diarrhea for over 2 weeks and had to go to vet 2x. Tell them not to feed when you drop off for Grooming.
