- VAVsusan AdminJun 23, 20264.0Petco online will not deliver. But Petco on DoorDash will. Petco on DD ordered my product at a store that did not have the supply - and DD doesn’t allow you to choose the Petco store that I knew had the product. Other than that, I like them thus the 4 stars.

- ENElizabeth NikolaevaJun 2, 20261.0Went here today to possibly purchase a pet rat, and the employee seemed like she didn't want to be there (maybe she is scared of rats I don't know lol). I requested to look at the pet rats and she opened the case, but when I reached my hand toward one of them she said something to the effect of "don't do that. When you purchase them you could do whatever you want with them. Are you gonna get them or not?" I was confused because I feel a big part of deciding on a pet is interacting with them to get a sense of their character and the 'do whatever you want with them' comment seemed unnecessary. Additionally I have been to this petco before and my sister held a guinea pig, so I am not quite sure why the salesperson was so strict about the rats. When I asked another employee if there was a policy restricting customers from holding the rats, she said no but that they were not socialized, which I also found to be disappointing. Of course I don't expect for the rats to be perfectly socialized considering its a pet store, but it's no wonder they aren't considering the employees seem to be scared of them and don't let anyone interact with them! Will go to the Brooklyn Cat Cafe to get my rat because I had a very positive experience last time I went.
