  Went in there to look for a specific cat food and the shelves we're empty on the brand I was looking for. Employees with nowhere to find except the one on the register.

  The heat on the second floor is getting unbearable especially with the added humidity. Are the animals on the floor comfortable is a question I ask myself when visiting. The service I get is great at the register, although I do wish sometime when the lines are long(4 or more people) they would open a second register to help.

  Terrible experience. Booked my grooming appointment a month in advance. Arrived about 10 mins late due to trains but was told there was a 10 minimum grace period so should’ve been in the clear. Still, I was told the groomer would not take my dog because she was about to leave for the day, even though I had an appointment. I understand a full groom takes a while, but highly doubt 10 minutes would’ve drastically impacted the ability to do a full groom that was already booked. If a 2:30 time slot plus the grace period is not sufficient time to do a groom, then the time slot should not have been available in the first place. Would not recommend.

  We recently adopted a cat from PuppyKittyNYC rescue at Petco. They had everything we needed to get set up for our new pet. Staff were very helpful as well. The only thing I can say negative is that the store was a little low on cat litter when I was in yesterday. It was a Sunday so maybe they just had a busy weekend. I still found a comparable product.

  we've gotten 4 guinea pigs here. one died in two weeks. another one died in a few months (with expensive vet care and medication btw). another one is still alive (after expensive vet treatment and medication). the fourth one constantly makes some weird whimpering noise like she's in pain. they obviously don't care about the guinea pigs and sell sick ones without telling the buyers. also how come they don't give their pets proper vet treatment and checkups and stuff, they just sell sick pets.
