  Staff was very helpful and friendly. Checked the back for an item I couldn’t find on the shelves. Offered to help me multiple times.

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Petco grooming. When I arrived to pick up my dog, the groomer initially brought out the wrong dog. I immediately told him that was not my dog, but instead of taking my concern seriously, he became upset and acted as though I was mistaken. After an uncomfortable exchange, they finally returned with my actual dog. Unfortunately, the situation became much worse once I got home. I discovered a flea on my dog shortly after his appointment. My dog has NEVER had fleas before and absolutely did not arrive there with fleas. Because of this, I had to quarantine him immediately and spend a significant amount of money on flea shampoos, collars, treatments, cleaning supplies, and preventative products to make sure the problem did not spread throughout my home. This entire experience was stressful, frustrating, and honestly traumatizing as a pet owner. I trusted Petco with my dog’s safety and care, and instead I left feeling dismissed and dealing with a major inconvenience afterward. I hope management takes this review seriously because situations like this should never happen. Pet owners should proceed with caution.

  Pet I in gateway mall was a very nice experience the staff was very kind and respectful. They helped me in locating the vet there and my stay for the visit was quick.

  I had an horrible experience at this petco. They had one girl working two registers that day. The manager didn’t even try to help her the line was so long. The manager walked by gave another employee a fist bump and walk off with him to the back of the store. Ignoring the customers. This store needs customer service training. It took me 30 mins to get to the cashier which was the young lady working two registers and all I bought was some rocks for my kids turtle. Absolutely unacceptable
