  Worst one i called them and it was kinda long for waiting and then a guy picked up i told him if they have this litter box he asked what brand i said it and just hanged up and then i calles again no one picks the call up

  I didn’t take any photos but I enjoy my trips to Petco every time. Coming from Luxury retail I can see when you have good people. It was early in the morning and it’s not my normal Petco that knows me and goes all out for its clients so I wasn’t looking for anything at that level of customer care. They had an issue with the POS system but the interaction between upset clients and the team is what I would hold my staff too. I prefer brick and mortar to online retail and sometimes it’s nice to actually go in. The facilities were clean and everything in order. They do a great job.

  I want to say that, for the first time, someone has done such a horrible job on my dog. The grooming was absolutely terrible and extremely overpriced. They charged me over $210, and the result was awful. My dog came back with a terrible haircut. Some sections of her fur were left way too long while others were cut too short. She wasn’t brushed, she wasn’t combed, and it looked like no care or attention was given to her at all. The service was absolutely terrible. I do not recommend this place at all—0% recommended. This place is awful. I strongly recommend that you do not go there. Don’t take your pet to this place.
