- SKShantusha KanhaiJun 13, 20261.0The worst groomers that don’t have proper training. They aren’t understanding or patient. I tried to take my puppy that has been groomed before at other petco locations to this location since it was closer. The rude staff tried to put a rope around his neck expecting a scared puppy to follow her into the room and when my puppy didn’t follow her on the rope, they refused him. They didn’t even try to pet my puppy or let him sniff her so he can feel comfortable going with her. Seems like they just didn’t want to take him because they were already busy. My puppy gets groomed without any issues at other petco locations in which they kindly take my puppy from my arms and walk him into the room. None of that rope around the neck nonsense that would of course scare an already scared puppy.
