  The person working there does not seem to wanna be there at all, very unengaged or wanting to provide any information about the food. Everything. Overall courteous and not unpleasant just not extremely engaged or helpful

  I needed dog food urgently and showed up during my break at 11:20 when it says they open at 11am. No one was here, such an inconvenience.
