  Heart of Chelsea helped me obtain the necessary paperwork to travel with my cat. They were great! From Josephine, the coordinator, to Dr. Deluty and Carolina. They were communicative, proactive, clear and informative, and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. My cat liked them very much too!

  I had an excellent experience with Heart of Chelsea - Park Slope. I saw Dr. Takise (assisted by Alicia - hoping that I heard her name correctly) for my cat. They were very thorough in examining her, even beyond the areas of concern for which I had brought her in. They were very patient with my anxious cat, but efficient as well. Finally, when I was accidentally charged for my visit, despite a promotion for a free first visit that I hadn't known about, they later called and refunded me without any prompting from my end, which I feel is a sign of the honest and caring way they seem to do business. Thank you!

  We love the vets and techs at Heart of Chelsea! They are so patient, kind, and gentle with our two cats :) Thank you to the team for being so thorough and sweet every time we visit!

  Dr Deluty was wonderful and helped explain everything to me. My baby had cancer and our previous place felt like they were just reading us a fact sheet every time we came in. At Heart of Chelsea we got empathetic care tailored to our specific situation. I'm happy to have them so close to us.

  Wow, today was my first visit and they really impressed me. Dr. Deluty and all the other staff were especially attentive and kind. They took their time to address all my questions and make my very anxious dog as calm as possible. I will be making them by regular vet.
