- AKAllison KennedyOct 3, 20265.0The team at HOBK Ft Greene is fantastic. They provide excellent care, and the staff is so patient in answering my (many!) questions - in person, over the phone, and over email.
- CGCecily GrahamAug 31, 20265.0I took my dog for another great appointment today at Heart of Brooklyn. I’ve been taking her here since she was a puppy and the people working there are so kind and truly care about how she is doing. She has bad anxiety at the vet and the small office environment with friendly vets and vet techs, one of our favorites in particular is Garnett (a true gem of this clinic), makes it easier to navigate for us. One thing I find particularly great is that I never feel rushed in any of my appointments when I am explaining any of my concerns. They discuss options thoroughly and show you cost options upfront. I didn’t even realize there were multiple locations of Heart of Brooklyn until recently because it feels like a small vet clinic in the best way. If you’re in the Fort Greene and surrounding area, I would highly recommend coming here with your pet.
- LNL NAug 26, 20262.0They’re constantly running late for appointments. My dog is stressed out so it’s not ideal if we’re waiting for 20 mins in the waiting room. From now on I’ll be going to All Ears - they’re always on time. It’s worth the uber there.
- SBSebastian BoenschAug 20, 20265.0I'm so grateful for the way everyone at Heart of Brooklyn takes care of my pups. I'm especially grateful to Garnett, who always ensures my pets have a good experience. And me too!
- CBCindy BlackAug 20, 20265.0I’m so glad I switched to this vet. Everyone there is competent. The front desk called to let me know they were running late, which was appreciated. The tech (Garnet?) is so good at holding my dog for blood draws. He’s a magician. And the vets are smart, friendly, and don’t push a bunch of unnecessary procedures.
