The staff was so kind, welcoming, they took wonderful care of my cloudy. Everyone was professional, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable as a first time pet owner. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was. Thanks to the team at Heart of Brooklyn for providing such excellent care I highly recommend them

I love that I can swing by to pick up medications and they can almost always get me in last minute if needed!

- FEFrank M., EsqApr 27, 20264.0Nice place. It's clean and quiet. They do try to upsell you on a ton of expensive procedures. And they didn't seem to care I was on my dog's last pill. I didn't feel any compassion, just very expensive line items. And they'll charge you 2x ($83.00 vs $40) what the same pills cost on Chewy and they make sure it's the life saving pills so you're in a bind and you have to go see them (of course...$$) or they'll deny the prescription. I'm not saying don't go there, I'm pointing out the issues I've just faced.
