Bond Vet — Park Slope is a thorough and modern veterinary clinic in the Park Slope neighborhood of South Brooklyn, on 5th Avenue between Degraw and St. John’s Place. We are a veterinary clinic for walk-in and urgent care for pets, meaning any symptom that requires timely treatment or attention, whether it’s a wound, diarrhea, a rash, limping, coughing, breathing problems, behavioral changes or other serious symptoms. Our mission at Bond Vet is to strengthen the human-animal bond through better veterinary care. While we specialize in urgent care, we offer all medical services that a primary care clinic does, including routine wellness exams, vaccinations, spay and neuter, mass removals, dental cleanings, and even specialty orthopedic surgeries — you can come to us for immediate care, and we are also happy to be your primary care veterinary clinic. You’ll notice quickly that Bond Vet feels different, and that’s intentional. We designed our clinics to be welcoming and warm, with soft lighting, a jerky treat bar, sniffable spaces, toys, comfortable furniture, and hydration stations. And that’s just in the lobby — our clinics are outfitted with state-of-the-art treatment areas to give our team the room and tools they need to practice their very best medicine. Our caring and compassionate team is wholeheartedly dedicated to providing best-in-class medical care to your pet, whatever the reason for your visit. Both our team and client experience are powered by technology — we use smart tech every day, and we think it deserves a place in veterinary medicine. Our records are digitized and stored in the app so you always have access to medical records, vaccination records, and any medication history. Our app and website make it easy to book a visit and chat with our medical team. We know price is a major factor in veterinary care, which is we will always offer you options and pricing before we perform any diagnostics or next steps. Our team will not pressure you into more diagnostics or treatments than you’re comfortable doing, and our care coordinators will help you file pet insurance claims to save you the hassle. We started Bond Vet because we want a more modern, intuitive vet experience, and we think you’ll enjoy the Bond experience — bring your pet for routine or urgent care. Bond Vet - Park Slope is located at 157 5th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Walk in, call us or book online at bondvet.com.
Great experience , came in for a wellness check of my cat, vet and assistant were very kind. Explained care options and pricing professionally and were open to questions you may have.

Everyone here is so nice and welcoming! My dog walks right in with excitement (the yummy healthy treats help!) so glad I have this place nearby.

Bond Vet never seems to disappoint. I had to bring my cat in for a quick check-up after noticing she was acting a bit out of the ordinary. My usual location was fully booked, so I decided to try the Park Slope location since they had a few available appointments. It was my first time visiting this location.
The layout is a bit different from the other locations, but I found it very cozy and welcoming. The staff were friendly as always, and for a Saturday afternoon, the clinic was quite busy but still well organized. Felicia, the veterinary assistant, and Dr. Caldwell were both amazing kind, attentive, and patient. My tortie was a little shy and stressed, but I knew she was in good hands.
I’ll definitely be coming back to this location. I really liked it.

Charged for sedation but did not actually give sedation and stone walled me for requests to get my money back for charging me for sedation. A small discount was given sedation for the xray which was less than the total cost of the sedation charge but they insisted on lying that it was better for me to LIE on my pet’s medical records that sedation was better so that I could keep the discount. I told them not to do it because it was not better for me since the discount was 160 and the cost for the sedation charge was $300. Honestly the situation is infuriating and I just feel taken advantage of. They didn’t help my cat, didn’t give my cat their vaccines, and got an xray indicating something was wrong but didn’t do any other standard tests like checking for eosinophils or other signs of either infection or asthma. I gave the medicine as prescribed which did pretty much nothing. Now my other cat is coughing too and I need to take both of them to a new hopefully less scammy vet.
