The first time I brought my cat here, the staff were gentle and good with her, but when I brought her back, with a different vet and assistant, my experience was very different. They wouldn’t let my cat get comfortable in the room before grabbing and prodding at her. The assistant swabbed her ears before the vet even had a chance to say whether they wanted to do that, and before I decided whether I wanted to pay for the extra lab work, subjecting my sweet angel to extra stress. They wouldn’t give her a break and eventually she started hissing, which I’ve never seen at a vet before, and still instead of letting her relax for a moment, they just wrapped her in a towel. The whole experience was traumatic for both me and my cat. They did seem thorough though and I trusted the vet’s recommendations. However, they also didn’t give me the chance to ask as many questions as I’d like - definitely a bit too rushed for my comfort.

Great location! Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Griffords and his accompanying nurse was so patient with my fear aggressive pup. They made me feel at ease and reassured during this stressful time. I’m so happy I tried Bond vet. I know me and my pup are in good hands! I highly recommend.

I got two new kittens and this is Peanut Butter. I took him in for a booster but they also discovered he may have a skin allergy. My favorite vet to be honest and love having it so close to where I live. All doctors and nurses have been so kind and clear with what they’re doing. They also always approve the invoice with me before they charge. I love every step of the process—grateful to have a reliable place so close!
