  From booking online to come in the office everything was so smooth and the reception area was very clean . Being greeted by Robert made everything great . He is very professional and kind . They made Zeus comfortable

  I’m so grateful to the entire team at this veterinary urgent care. I brought my dog in during an emergency, and from the moment we arrived, they were incredibly caring, compassionate, and professional. They did everything they could to help my dog and give us the best care possible under the circumstances. I truly appreciate the time, attention, and kindness they showed us during such a stressful moment.Special thanks to Robert at the front desk for his professionalism! Highly recommend this urgent care!

  I took my kittiy to be examined. The staff was amazing. The doctor was so thorough. Explained everything to me. I have to say a special Thank you to Robert at the front desk who went up and beyond. He gave me 10out of 10 service. I would highly recommend this cobble hill Bond vet location.

  Bond vet has gone significantly downhill since being acquired by private equity. They failed to diagnose our pittie with terminal stomach cancer, something that was quickly caught when we moved to another vet. They botched a TPLO surgery for our other dog and he’s in constant pain and now needs to have the plate removed. This is costing us thousands of dollars MORE and he’s still in pain. The only way to get their attention is to pay $150/mo for a membership fee to get our dog’s pain meds in a timely manner. Do NOT go here. Go to a local vet like Seaport or Blue Pearl instead. Oh and their AI voice assistant sucks. Just repeat “talk to a human” until you can break through.

  I was switching to this vet bc they caught a cancer diagnosis my old vet didn’t, but there were major issues when I tried to transfer all his meds. He had been on a Xanax prescription for severe anxiety and after he had surgery to remove some of the cancer, the new vet at bond said they wanted me to have the oncologist play the refill of the Xanax before they approved it. The oncologist sent them the approval and they still wouldn’t fill it which was confusing bc that was their own stipulation. When I tried to explain this, a vet I never even met freaked out and said she placed a note on my dog’s file to never write a Xanax prescription for him. It was a bit shocking lol. Idk if they thought I was medication seeking thru my dog but it was weird and rude.
