  Normally, I love Bond Vet. This location, however, has a receptionist who is incredibly unkind. I came in with my dog this afternoon for an emergency, and he turned us away. I expressed confusion seeing as how Bond is not just a vet, but an urgent care, and I’ve been able to walk in for emergencies at plenty of other Bond locations (particularly in Murray Hill and Upper East side - the folks and service at those locations are fantastic!). The receptionist told me that it was not an urgent care, that I could find some animal ERs a few miles away, and told me I was crazy! He was incredibly disrespectful and made a stressful situation even more stressful. The actual vets at this location have been okay in the past, but seeing as how this is the second time in a year that I’ve had a negative experience with the receptionists here (the first time I was given misinformation and overcharged), I would never recommend this location to pet owners.

  Cobble Hill Vet is amazing! The vets were super caring and attentive. Robert and Alegria were super helpful walking me through everything at the front desk. I highly recommend this Bond Vet for your pet!

  My dog has been a patient here since i moved into the neighborhood. This is. wonderful, caring and competent clinic. Every staff member and Vet is skilled and kind. They did a teeth cleaning that I delayed scheduling because i was nervous about the procedure. I'm so glad I did because Dr. Mackey and Lexi were excellent! Now he has fresh clean teeth.

  Two visits in with our Heeler/collie pup and it’s been amazing so far! Very knowledgeable team. Dr. Anne has been great walking us through this early stage in his healthcare. We are so at ease with their honesty and transparency with all examinations/meds etc; the entire staff are warm and friendly and Robert was so welcoming and helpful in walking us through membership set-up. We instantly felt like extended family.

  Can’t say enough good things about this vet! From the friendliness of the front desk (especially Robert), to the care of the nurses and exceptional doctors (We see Dr Kaufman, who remembers us every time), even my finicky, vet-fearing cat has a wonderful experience here. Thank you, Bond Vet!
