- MMmSep 12, 20264.0The two vets I saw were very considerate though a bit swift to recommend taking my pet to a hospital. The way they deliver my test results are faulty. Be prepared to ask for them. it helps to be somewhat literate in physiology and basics when reading the testing. But the vets I saw were very knowledgeable. Professional. Caring. Be prepared if you take a taxi there, you’ll have to park across the street. There is no way to pull up to the doors because of a bike lane barrier. The waiting area is large and clean. The tech staff nice. They vets also seemed wary of being hypothetical. As if the client would sue them if they answered something hypothetically. But, I get it. All in all I would recommend them. Robert at the desk was calming and helpful. The other young person that I met was helpful but she shouldn’t announce how much people owe when clients are sitting adjacent with other clients. That should be an at the desk convo with the pet owner. Other than that that she was totally fine. I wish the portal worked. It doesn’t. You must add the records yourself. One medication I got was overpriced based on the cost I saw on Chewy. There shouldn’t be any music playing in the waiting area. It’s annoying and causes stress.
