  Deja who works at the front desk has been incredibly helpful to me! I’ve been going through a hard time because my cat has urinary crystals and while the vet was unable to get back to me promptly, Deja jumped in multiple different times to help advise me along the way. I really needed that support because I was in a tough place seeing my cat sick. Thank you so much Deja!!!! you’re an angel and he really deserve a raise/promotion lol. Pet parents are grateful for you 💕

  Bond Vet treated my Halsey like he was a king. He had a procedure done on his paw and when the doctor brought him back to me he wasn’t crying or nervous. They treated him with care. Thank. You. BondVet. He’s much better now. MEOW 😸

  The vet assistant was super nice and did everything to set up the appointment. The veterinarian was a disappointment. She didn’t even do a proper medical examination of my dog before stating that a whole body exam was needed. I came to check on a knee surgery. I ended up paying for a consultation that didn’t do anything. 🤡

  Writing this review is incredibly difficult because we absolutely love Dr. Miriam Saleh. She is wonderful, but unfortunately, the administrative and corporate side of BondVet has made it impossible for us to continue bringing our dogs here. We are officially transitioning our dogs’ care to another clinic. Our decision comes down to a complete lack of financial transparency and highly impersonal customer service: The Pricing Shock: Last month, I brought my dogs in for routine care and was shocked to pay $800 each for Rumi and Leo (account under Jordan Boyea), especially considering neither of them had any active illnesses. The Communication Barrier: When trying to schedule their next round of care, I was forced to navigate an AI chatbot rather than being allowed to speak to a human. For medical care, this feels incredibly cold and impersonal. Refusal to Provide Estimates: When I finally received a callback hours later, the representative flat-out refused to provide an itemized estimate for the services listed on their website and app. Denying clients basic price transparency to make informed financial decisions makes absolutely no sense. Admin Failures (Missing Referral): On top of this, I referred my friend Charlotte and her dog Noah to the Bed-Stuy location. She explicitly gave my name when she brought her pup in, but I never received the referral bonus. For any pet owners looking for a neighborhood vet that respects your time and your budget, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. I reached out to both Heart of Brooklyn and PurePaws—both of which charge exam fees that are $100 lower than BondVet, and both were more than happy to proactively provide upfront, transparent vaccine estimates over the phone. BondVet’s operations have become entirely too transactional, prioritizing revenue over actual client relationships. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as their administrative policies are actively driving loyal clients away from great vets like Dr. Saleh. UPDATE to review - it’s been over three weeks now since the review and someone reached out promising that I would be sent an estimate even after speaking with someone last week - and NOTHING…. Seriously this is not just absolutely not OK - it basically shows how this is a FOR PROFIT ONLY business - why wouldn’t you provide an estimate knowing what the visit entails along with specific tests and vaccines noted in your own records???
