This was Max's first visit to vet. They were very friendly and didnt try to upsell. Staff went out of their way to make the visit as comfortable as possible. Grade A service all around!

My pup has been having tummy issues and I was able to get an appointment quickly online! The space is clean and calm, I was seen fairly on time and service was kind. It is pricey, as most vet visits are, but they are pretty transparent about costs and offer options based on priority/ need so it’s easy to opt out of services and you don’t feel forced to take all the tests. I like that they have multiple locations and they have all the previous visits and notes accessible. It’s my first time at this location so I will see if it becomes my home vet!

I took my 5 year old dog to the Bed-Stuy clinic on Monday the 27th in the morning, and unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Miriam’s assistant. From the moment she entered the room, she did not greet us or show any warmth or professionalism. She seemed hesitant to even approach or touch my dog while taking vitals, appeared distracted, and repeatedly touched her hair with a nasty attitude during the appointment. What concerned me the most was that my dog nearly fell off the edge of the exam table, and the assistant did not react or attempt to help prevent it. I had to hold my dog myself to keep her safe. I found this extremely concerning and inappropriate for someone working around animals. I have been bringing my dog to Bond Vet for several years and this was the first time I experienced such poor customer service and lack of care. After the appointment, I tried calling to request that I not be scheduled with this assistant again, but the phone system only directed me to AI support. I then texted the clinic and spoke with a representative named Jennifer H. Unfortunately, that interaction was also disappointing. I explained my concerns, but she showed no empathy and completely avoided addressing the reason I no longer wanted appointments with that assistant. The response felt dismissive and unprofessional. This entire experience was unacceptable and has made me consider finding another clinic for my dog’s future care. I strongly believe staff should be reevaluated and properly trained, especially when it comes to handling pets and communicating with clients professionally and compassionately. This picture shows the lack of empathy from this representative also. Unbelievable

NEVER AGAIN Bond vet is SCAMMERS & LIARS A while back (in sept 2025) I took my cat to Bond Vet Bed-Stuy because I was noticing my cat have a cough, labored breathing, and changes in her behavior/activity levels and I was worried she might have developed asthma. The doctor that I met with was absolutely awful. My cat is really scared of other animals so when in a vet office that smells like animals she gets very nervous and wants to hide and protect herself, she hid under the counter and hissed if anyone came near her. The vet was completely rude about that part (as if this isnt common to deal with as a vet) but "tried" to exam her any way from ACROSS THE ROOM. After getting some medical history from me she started flipping out and made me feel like a bad cat parent for not getting her testing or treatment sooner and told me my cat could die at any moment (she is still alive now and requires minimal treatment, several other vets told me that was a lie). She explained that to diagnose a cat with asthma they have to do Xrays and since my cat was so anxious they couldn't do the Xrays there because my cat could DIE. When I asked why she said that my cat is unpredictable and overly anxious and if she acted up while trying to do the Xray it would give her an asthma attack and she would die because they wouldnt be able to treat the asthma. This vet was so nasty that she had me crying because she kept telling me my cat was going to die and then refused to help and kept making me feel bad for not bringing her in sooner. I asked the vet what my options were if they werent going to do Xrays. She told me I had to go to an emergency vet because if my cat has an asthma attack during the Xray they would have the equipment. I had expressed concerns about the cost of an emergency vet because i dont make much money so this vet said if I went to one of the emergency vets on their list (which they provided to me) they would waive the cost of their appointment. I was scared my cat would die so I did what she said and at the emergency vet they quoted me for $2500 which i simply did not have so I couldn't get my cat treated any way. The doctor at the emergency vet was REALLY kind and helpful and tried to work with my budget in the moment. The doctor at the emergency vet was also furious because she said the vet I came from does this ALL OF THE TIME and its always lies and people cannot afford the emergency vet like that. she said my cat would have been fine to get the Xrays at the normal vet and the cost wouldve been a third of the price the emergency vet charges. She said these vets get kick backs for sending us to the emergency vet so they lie and play on our fears. I ended up taking my cat to a vet in Pennsylvania while visiting my family because the cost of the vets here in Bk is WAY too high for them to be lying and scamming people and I'd rather spend my money on a vet I know I can trust. They completed the Xrays in office with no issues (aside from my cat getting hissy and scratchy but they had gloves for that bc THAT IS COMMON) and were totally shocked that any vet would say that my cat would die during Xrays. My cat is fine and I just give her a pill once in a while. I will NEVER go to Bond vet again. Honestly im afraid of all the locations after this horrible experience.
