  Their website is garbage, I've spent hours looking for veterinarian offices that have offer full diagnostic services for my dog who is having complications from a heart murmur that needs to be seen ASAP for an ECG and they lied on their website about appointment availability. I booked an appointment for tomorrow at 11AM and received a phone call from them teling me that they can't see my dog. Prior to all of this, I was going to enroll in their Wellness Plan but you know what? I do not recommend them.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1ST OF ALL I WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 45 MINS I WAS ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT RABIES TAGS BECAUSE THEY WERE MISPLACED! I WAS EVEN WILLING TO PAY !!!!I AM A PET PARENT OF 3 DOGS IM PAYING FOR THE WELLNESS PLAN NO DISCOUNT IS OFFERED FOR MULTIPLE DOGS YOU CANT GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE SAME WEEK AND I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE ORGINAL LOCATION ALL THE WAY IN PELHAM WHICH IS A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE. I AM SO LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE FOR PET CARE FOR MY GIRLS BECAUSE THIS RIDICULOUS! I AM NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON TO COMPLAIN I ONLY SIGNED THEM UP BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WAS OK WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE SHE RECIVES UP THERE BUT THE BROOKLYN LOCATION..SO I GUESS BROOKLYN ISNT CONNECTED TO PELHAM...

  I made a same-day appointment online and had my appointment confirmed via email. While I was on my way to the clinic they told me that my appointment had been canceled because the timing didn't match what was already in their system. My dog is suffering from an eye infection and I made an appointment via the appropriate channels; now they're telling me I have to wait until after July 4th for my dog to see a vet. On their website they clearly have times still available.

  A close friend lost her cat Bigelow here on June 1st. He died under anesthesia during a routine dental cleaning, a healthy cat with no warning, and they still won’t release the autopsy. No condolence call, no acknowledgment. It took nearly three weeks for his remains to come back and the manager didn’t even know how long he’d been sitting there. Cold and dismissive at every turn. If you love your animal, do not bring them here. I WISH I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS.

  Listen to the 1 star reviews! I had the worst experience with this Bansfield location. I booked a next-day appointment via the app, turns out that this location’s system is completely disconnected from the main Bansfield and the appointment did not exist. If this is a regular occurrence for people, which it seems like it is from other reviews that I read after my experience, then they should really be clear of that in the location description and work to fix any discrepancies in scheduling asap. Instead of letting me know via phone call, text or email that my appointment was cancelled/non-existent, I trekked all the way down there (about an hour away from me since they closed the upper Manhattan location) only for them to tell me my appointment didn’t exist and that they tried to call me (they didn’t). After I showed them on my phone that I didn’t receive any calls at the time they claimed they called, they proceeded to catch an attitude and didn’t apologize. Even if they did call me (which they did not), the staff could have left a voicemail, sent an email, or even a text to cancel if they assumed I didn’t answer. This whole experience was completely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Would not recommend!
