  Do not visit this location. The cops were called on me because I asked for information to make a complaint. I made an appointment for my Ill senior dog and they canceled 30 minutes before and I was already there in 90 degree weather. They Wouldn't accommodate me or give me information to make a complaint. Dominique the manager called the cops on me. I asked if she would rather call the cops on me instead of giving me the information to make a complaint and she said YUP! I sent a email to Banfield and I have yet to hear back from anyone. Next I'm taking it to the media

  This vet killed my friends cat via an anesthesia incident during one of their highly marketed routine dental cleanings. Do NOT go here. They want your money and nothing else

  I’ve been going to Banfield since my almost 13 year old dog was a few months old. They have always taken good care of him. He’s had several different vets over the years as you can imagine, and they have all been great, but the best one has been Dr. Martinez. I always tell people that she is literally one of the best doctors I have ever encountered, both for humans and animals. She is extremely caring, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. She takes the time to explain things thoroughly, answer questions you may have and makes you feel comfortable. Her bedside manner is top tier and she has an amazing personality too. She goes the extra mile when providing services to her patients (and their parents). She is always helpful but there was a specific time that my appointment wasn’t in the system due to a mishap with the call center that scheduled it and there was a chance I couldn’t be seen. I was extremely upset due to the appointment being one I had made since my pup had a really bad cough. Well, Dr. Martinez saw me sitting in the waiting area when she arrived that morning and inquired as to what was going on. Despite her having a full schedule, she squeezed me in immediately and was able to tell me what was going on as well as treat my little guy. She showed the utmost care and sensitivity when I had my own moment about his new diagnosis. She truly is amazing human being and my dog (and I) are blessed to have her as a medical provider.

  Their website is garbage, I've spent hours looking for veterinarian offices that have offer full diagnostic services for my dog who is having complications from a heart murmur that needs to be seen ASAP for an ECG and they lied on their website about appointment availability. I booked an appointment for tomorrow at 11AM and received a phone call from them teling me that they can't see my dog. Prior to all of this, I was going to enroll in their Wellness Plan but you know what? I do not recommend them.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 1ST OF ALL I WAS ON HOLD FOR ABOUT 45 MINS I WAS ASKING FOR REPLACEMENT RABIES TAGS BECAUSE THEY WERE MISPLACED! I WAS EVEN WILLING TO PAY !!!!I AM A PET PARENT OF 3 DOGS IM PAYING FOR THE WELLNESS PLAN NO DISCOUNT IS OFFERED FOR MULTIPLE DOGS YOU CANT GET AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN THE SAME WEEK AND I WAS TOLD THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE ORGINAL LOCATION ALL THE WAY IN PELHAM WHICH IS A TOTAL INCONVENIENCE. I AM SO LOOKING FOR ANOTHER PLACE FOR PET CARE FOR MY GIRLS BECAUSE THIS RIDICULOUS! I AM NOT THE TYPE OF PERSON TO COMPLAIN I ONLY SIGNED THEM UP BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER WAS OK WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE SHE RECIVES UP THERE BUT THE BROOKLYN LOCATION..SO I GUESS BROOKLYN ISNT CONNECTED TO PELHAM...
