I’m Giving a one star bc I can’t rate any lower. On the fact that I do not feel like my cat was being taken care of in the service and care that this company presents it’s self to be. The vet workers were not kind and understanding The person explaining the prices to us was very confused and misleading on what the care packages were. Another girl that had glasses and dark skin tried to explain the issues I had and she was very rude and condescending. And the vet kept missing the vaccines that we had previously purchased so we had to go back and get them done. They did not do my cat its justice and took care of the needs we paid for. And after all that we went to get my cat’s nails trimmed. The worker said he was on lunch and apparently booked for the day so couldn’t take us. So not only my cat was not cared for properly in the expense I paid for but also denied service. I had never experienced this in any petco ever. And I was extremely disappointed that they mistreated me and my pet. I would rather get my money back and just pay the expense of going to a real clinic where he would have gotten the proper care and treatment. And I’m so disappointed that this company hired sick disgusting people to handle my pet’s medical needs. This company needs to do better.

My dog Cooper received shots and a blood test. Vetco made it quick and easy. The veterinarian was very informative and friendly. We were seen quickly and the visit was hassle free. I would highly recommend going.
