  😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 cada ves que llevo a mi Shihtz me lo pelan como si fuera un chihuahua y es un Shihtz porque tiene que cortarle el pelo no siguen las instrucciones 😡 lo llevo sin nudo y por dos o tres que tenga siempre me lo recorta tipo chihuahua 😡😡 ahí está mi pobre angelito triste sin querer comer y con mucha picazón en su cuerpo desde que le quitaron su pelo 😡😡😡😤😤 y el precio uuuuuf muy alto para que me lo trasquilen 😤

  Expect a way different price when you go in store if you booked online. My pet stylist was Angelica she was nice to my pup. First time trying petco grooming services but I’m not sure if I would recommend them. Pricing was significantly different and I felt like I was way overcharged for the services provided and the quality of the haircut and grooming services provided. I booked the bath and grooming along with the matting online and it came up to 108 online but when I went in was told I need to pay for double haircut because of my pups knots which I’ve never been told even in the past with my other dog so I ended up paying about 220 with taxes. I also felt a little passive aggression when I asked questions. For the amount charged, I would think that he would at least have an even haircut and nails trimmed and buffed more but was told my dog doesn’t like to trim his nails and he’s very anxious so I pretty much paid double full service prices for half service provided. His nails are still long , he has a bunch of hair on his legs and private area and rest of his body fully shaved unevenly. Angelica did communicate at pick up but I think if you’re a professional groomer you should know how to work with all dogs to complete the job you are paid for. Seems pretty unfair I was charged double cut and barely got a full cut but it is what it is. You live and you learn. Google reviews did warn me. Angelica did tell me at drop off that they don’t yell or force anything on the dogs they only do what the dogs allow them to do but I think that price adjustments should be made according to what the dogs allow you to do if that’s the case. I paid, I tipped and I booked my next services but I don’t know if I would keep that or find another groomer.
