- KPKimberly PaganSep 21, 20265.0I had such a great experience with Petco Grooming! Everyone was friendly, professional, and took such good care of my Oreo. He came home looking and smelling amazing for his birthday! His grooming, bath, ears, teeth, and everything else were done beautifully. I really appreciate the care and attention Yaya gives him and how comfortable she makes him feel. It means so much knowing my baby is in good hands. We will definitely be coming back! 🐾❤️
- RRRuben RembertSep 14, 20261.0Horrible service! I scheduled my six month old dog for a haircut the groomer and the staff told my mother that the dog was matted ,which is not true. If he did have some tangles in his legs a deranged and bath would have cleared that but for them to shave him all the way down was an upset for him and my family . I thought Petco provided grooming services ! No one wants there pet to be shaved down . Grooming is a skill give a dog a baldy is fast and not grooming . And the price $150??? Robbery ! I called the manager Rachel who was so combative that she hung the phone up on me the customer . Great job Petco ! And don't respond for the customer to call you to rectify it you know the situation you rectify it for the customer and ensure no one else have to have this happen to their family ,z
