Love taking my goldendoodle here ! Always showing care and love for my baby. Everyone in that salon is super sweet and always welcoming us. Rachel the manager is so incredibly caring and gentle with my baby!!! She’s super helpful & patient with any questions I have about him and I’ve never left unhappy!!

I requested a product that wasn't on shelf and the sales clerk went to storage. He came back with the and I requested another and sure enough he came with another requested product. Immediately he escorted me to the cashier and processed the product. I was out of there matter of few minutes. Talking about fast customer service this is super great for me the CUSTOMER. THANK VERY MUCH! THE CUSTOMER

Someone from corporate should come and do a wellness check on the animals here. These creatures are being held in very sub par conditions. I also shouldn't be seeing containers of dead fish as soon as I walk in. This location has been really poorly maintained in terms of cleanliness for as long as I can remember. Please at least give fresh water to those poor birds, you can see the dirty film of filth on top of the water bowl. It seems like this location has 0 management

The manager, Rachel is extremely rude & combative. She told me never to bring my 7 month old puppy back to the location due to her nibbling during her grooming session. As “professionals” & “experienced” groomers, staff should know how to comfort a puppy during their 2nd session. Save your money & go elsewhere!

Took my 6month old dog for a hair cut . Didnt get a haircut got 123 shave no style . They say he was matted , I say he may have been a bit but not his entire body .stay away from this service at this location. 123 easy service no detail . FYI real groomers can take out Matt's to give ur pet a nice hair cut . Look for groomers who take their time and put effort into your pet . and also, I did call I called because I thought you would be customer friendly customer satisfactory I spoke with your manager, Rachel, who hung the phone up on me . When you go to the barbershop, you can get a Baldy, which takes no time or the barber can give you a fade which takes time and patience. They basically gave my dog a Baldy. Horrible
