- RERalph EspinalesJul 29, 20261.0Of all the Petco stores I’ve visited, this is by far the dirtiest and most poorly maintained. The fish department is in terrible condition. They don’t even have frozen fish food because the freezer has been broken for quite some time, which shows a lack of proper maintenance. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. This was a very disappointing experience for anyone looking for a reliable pet store. I hope management takes action to improve the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. In its current condition, I cannot recommend this store.

First, he said I needed the purple one. I went and got a new one, only for him to then say I actually needed the green one. After wasting my time going back and forth, he ended up saying they don’t even have the refill container and claimed it’s impossible that I’ve ever gotten refills here before. I’ve been coming here for refills for a long time, so that made no sense. Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Very disappointing.
