  I cannot thank the team here enough for the incredible care they gave to my dog, Stinky. From the moment we walked through the door, you could tell this place isn't just a clinic—it’s a team of people who genuinely love animals. A special shoutout to Kristi, who was absolutely lovely! Her warmth, kindness, and reassurance made a stressful day so much easier for both me and Stinky. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and that we felt completely supported. If you are looking for a veterinary team that treats your pets like family, this is the place. We are so grateful for the outstanding care!

  From the moment I walked into this place, the rudeness was like something I’ve never experienced. They first seemed like they wanted to deter me from waiting to be seen bc the wait would be long, mind you there were only two animals in the waiting room. The doctor looked like she was having her arm twisted to be there - definitely not a welcoming staff by any means. As we watched people walk out, I am calling other hospitals to see about being seen elsewhere where. Don’t waste your time.

  The wait at the Bohemia location was outrageous. To the point where several people walked out with their animals who clearly needed medical attention. Not to mention, the staff.. starting from the receptionist to the doctor - all who look d like they rather be watching paint dry than do their job. Disgusting to think that people who are in desperate need of care for their pets have to deal with such rudeness. If you’re someone who needs to have their pet checked, take them anywhere but here.

  Absolutely ridiculous. This place only cares about getting paid instead of helping pets. Staff drags their feet when an animal is dying, and won’t do a single thing without an utterly absurd payment. AVOID THIS PLACE

  Brought our dog Koki in at 3am after a GI emergency. From the moment we walked in, the team was excellent. Quick to triage, quick to diagnose, and great communicators every step of the way. What stood out most was how upfront they were about cost. They walked us through the full estimate, told us what was essential vs. secondary, and gave us real options instead of upselling. Zero pressure, no guilt trip, just honest information so we could make the right call for Koki. Came out to around $500 for the full visit, which is more than fair for any emergency vet and a relief at 3am. Professional, kind, and genuinely good at communicating with stressed pet owners. Hope we never need them again, but really grateful they're there.
