    Once again, a great experience at Bayshore Vetco Total Care. Dr. Percival and assistant Aimee were patient, informative and very professional. Jarrett at the front desk added to a 5-star visit.

    Incredible, amazing, fanatic and easy. My dog, Dexter was there for surgery. We were greeted and welcomed. Staff was extremely friendly and kind to myself and my pup. I felt completely at ease as he was taken for his procedure. Dr Tori is amazing. She had a piece of my heart and took care of it. She kept me informed. Never a doubt he was in the very best hands w Dr Tori. Thank you.

    The staff are never able to accommodate with same day appointments even for urgent visits. This has happened a few times now, and even when expressing same day needed, they proceed to offer availability in the next week. Always a disappointing experience calling this office.
