  I am very hurt and angry, had my 2yr old black shepherd( may27 2026) in because of bad smell from his breath. I asked the vet if it's anything serious and she assured me his vitals are fine and it looks like he has a bacterial infection in one of his teeth, well we setup an appointment to sedate the dog so they can check and do all necessary work but the vet who does it won't be back from vacation until middle of July and told me dont worry dog will be fine. We'll, I didn't want to be a worry wart and took there advice. Well he got so sick i took him to 24hr emergency care in Bohemia and they ran the correct tests and informed me what was wrong. And if I didn't listen to vetco and got my dog in a week or 2 earlier it could of been treated with antibiotics. Well my beautiful simba is dead, hopefully someone reads this and recognizes a bad urine like oder from mouth and not tooth/cavity smell to check the kidney first and if ok than check dental .

  Once again, a great experience at Bayshore Vetco Total Care. Dr. Percival and assistant Aimee were patient, informative and very professional. Jarrett at the front desk added to a 5-star visit.

  Incredible, amazing, fanatic and easy. My dog, Dexter was there for surgery. We were greeted and welcomed. Staff was extremely friendly and kind to myself and my pup. I felt completely at ease as he was taken for his procedure. Dr Tori is amazing. She had a piece of my heart and took care of it. She kept me informed. Never a doubt he was in the very best hands w Dr Tori. Thank you.
